★☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Circular Chrome 14-litre kitchen bin from Kitchen Fittings Direct on 23 May 2026 and paid £37.95, including £10 delivery. The order confirmation stated that the item would be dispatched within one working day and that standard delivery would take 2–3 working days. When the item failed to arrive, I contacted customer service on 29 May to ask for an update. I was then informed on 2 June that the original parcel had apparently been damaged in transit and returned before reaching me. While I appreciate being told what had happened, this information was only provided after I chased the order myself. I was advised that a replacement had been processed, but despite waiting further, the replacement also failed to arrive. By 5 June I still had not received the product I had paid for and had to request cancellation and a refund. The most frustrating part of this experience was paying for delivery, waiting well beyond the advertised delivery timeframe, having to chase the company for updates, and still ending up without the item. Problems can occur during shipping, but customers should not have to repeatedly follow up to find out what is happening with their order. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would not order from them again.
