Kitchen Door Workshop Arvostelua

Never been to this business before. I was impressed by their stock knowledge, flexibility and adaptability to fit my needs.

Sent out samples immediately and then took the order. Dispatched shortly. Very easy purchase and extremely helpful.

Very helpful staff - sorted out problem out in a tight timeline. Recommended.

Very helpful videos showing you exactly how to measure replacement doors and drawer fronts. Great quality products, carefully packaged and shipped.

Purchased 2 large wardrobe doors to replace 2 very expensive fitted furniture that had been damaged. The original company don’t make them anymore and they needed to match the rest of the fitted furniture. Ordered swatches then a sample door first to make sure. A very very close match so decided to order. Communication was excellent and the quality of the doors is very high. Would definitely use again if I need to do so.

I brought my house 3 years ago and like everything in life when you need to replace things that you have not brought originally, you have to try and figure out where it was brought from etc. My kitchen is around 4-5 years old, sage in colour. I went to Howdens and Wrenn and unfortunately my cupboard doors are now out of stock and no longer available as they have been discontinued.

I reached out to KDW and Hannah has been so helpful. I called initially to explained how many doors i needed and what colour they were roughly (as I am colour blind) and after the phone call i secured a sample from them to be delivered so i could match it up. The sample came yesterday 29/08/24 and it is bang on. The colour is perfectly matched and I couldn't be happier.

Hannah has provided me with a great customer journey and a fantastic overall customer experience. I cannot recommend this company any more, loads of variety and nothing is too much.

5 stars to the business and 10 stars to Hannah for her detective skills and knowledge around her business products and features. You are a credit to the business.

Thank you for all your help - I will be coming back!!

Really friendly and helpful service. I needed just one replacement door so it was great that there was no minimum order required. The door arrived in good time, safely packed and good order.
I will definitely recommend this company.

Helpful, friendly, thoughtful Staff regarding ordering. No minimum order which was a bonus for me as I was looking to match a couple of doors to existing. Now waiting for doors to arrive.

Excellent customer service providing very well made, beautiful products.

Fantastic product. We are very happy with the finish, colour and ease of ordering. You just have to make sure that the measurements are correct! My husband had to make a call to the customer services to ask something and they were very helpful. Quick delivery, e-mails throughout as the items dispatched. Highly recommended 👌

Have purchased goods on several occasions from this Company and have always been given first class service each time. Everything I've ordered has always been as described and good value for money.

Having a page up with the sizes on was useful just to confirm measurements and add to basket. Able to easily look at handles to choose them together was easy.

Thank you guys!

The support from Ziggi on the phone was invaluable in making sure we had all of the right bits and pieces for our new units, and the follow up by email was also great.

Being able to get a single panel for colour and style matching was also a great help.

Many thanks to KDW!

Great quality kitchen doors, well packaged and delivered on time. Would definitely recommend this company.

My experience with the account manger Freddie was great, he was very kind and understanding towards me and having the fitter there at the time of ordering the kitchen doors and draw fronts also helped. I am now looking forward to the delivery. Many thanks.

Highly recommend Kitchen Door Workshop, we ordered some replacement kitchen cupboard doors, with very specific requirements. The order was packed very well & the measurements were spot on, the doors were much better quality than we had before.

I was confused when ordering and was getting my measurements so wrong but the sales lady stuck by me until we got everything right and I am happy with my order
