Kinglandbuyers Arvostelua

Dont trust this company. First their offef was excellent. But after signing contract and find they try to sell property before they own it. But first go round they used pics of neighbor property. Mr. King gave his word that sale would happen then they breach contract by taking second extension and toward end they completly stop communicating and all this after i gave full disclosure of property. The contract stated buying property as is and on several occasions mr. King gave his word sale would complete. So mr king word means absolute bull crap. Dont use soneone that cant keep their word or honor signed contract j.buell i have all texts from them showing the truth

I offered King Land a deal with a four thousand dollar profit — land worth thirteen thousand, offered at nine. I was willing to go as low as seventy-five hundred, which still left them a forty-two percent margin. They countered with a thousand. That’s a ninety-two percent margin — highway robbery dressed up as a business model. The negotiation turned hostile, on both sides. If you’re selling land, know your numbers before you negotiate.
