It's obvious the seller is trying to get money without sending the goods. I bought a diagnostic device and paid with PayPal. I received the order confirmation. However, since they received my money, there's been no further communication. I waited the 3-7 day delivery time stated in the order confirmation and then activated PayPal Buyer Protection. Only after this was activated the item was shipped. Without PayPal, my money would probably have been lost. Don't buy from kingbolentool.com or kingbolen.com!

Купив автомобільний сканер Kingbolen S6, на момент купівлі була остання модель.На сайті було сказано, що працює з автомобілями від 2006 року, але автомобіль Шкода Октавія А5 2012 року чомусь не підійшла для цього сканера. Жодна функція з технічного обслуговування не працює. Служба підтримки сайтіу відповіли що цей сканер чомусь не підходить для мого автомобіля, але Фольксваген Пасат 2015 року теж не підійшов.

Тож гарно подумайте які варто купувати товари цього виробника, бо може статися, що найдорожчий сканер може виявитися звичайним дешевим считувачем помилок

I purchased a Launch Creader Elite from Kingbolen. They assured me via email that it will display auto trans temp for my Toyota Fortuner. It does not. I emailed them many times to get a refund and they just gave me the run around and after a while, simply did not respond to my emails. I do not trust this company and will never use them again. A waste of money and time.

Great for the first year, subscription ran out after 12 months for paid $60 to renew for another 12 months. Worked fine for 5 months into the new subscription and suddenly stopped, wouldn't let me do anything, say that my subscription had expired and I needed to pay $129 PER BRAND, per year to get it working again!! I emailled them 5 times, tried to call them (contact number does not ring out), tried to message them on Whatsapp and Facebook, total radio silence, nothing!!

Do not buy don’t work properly at all asked for a refund but keep trying to send me another item there crap end of overpriced obd code reader

Day 1 with 2 new Kingbolen products, both have error messages and can't even register the item for it to work. I emailed them and with BS back and forth "check your time zone" etc 30 days expired and I can't return them for a refund. They game you to spend 30 days! DO NOT BUY THESE SCANNERS!. They want me to send them back for a repair. All emails come from China.

I purchased Kingbolen from its official website. I contacted them before purchasing it, and they responded within 30 minutes to answer my question. I bought it, but I couldn't find what was advertised. It is not working for me, particularly the diesel-related features. I'm having trouble contacting the Kingbolen official. I sent seven emails with no responses. I tried a variety of contacts to figure it out, but it was a complete waste of time. The OBD2 scanner did not help at all. Really terrible. Please conduct a search before making a purchase.

Ik had een accu tester besteld bij amazon. Kreeg een lege envelop, contact gehad met kingbolen. Deze zeiden dat ze een nieuwe sturen, nooit gehad. Uiteindelijk via amazon keurig het geld teruggestort. Het contact met amazon was prima en netjes. Maar kingbolen is zeer slecht, koop nooit weer iets van kingbolen...

Their software is bugged. When you use it to write the parameter you will ended up getting a reset and lose your previous setting and also quite abit of technical fault and bug. When i contacted them for help they choose to turn into a blind eye completely ignoring my questions. It appear they only reply your question before you purchase the product but after purchasing i can only say goodluck to you.

do not buy from this company,they do not care once they have your money.i purchased a Kingbolen K10,i found it not able to carryout a simple function that other cheaper diagnostic scanners could do.when i contaced kingbolen i received no help what so ever for the sales manager and when i said i wanted to return it as it was not suitable he informed me that i could not return it as i had it for more than 30 days.what a waste of money,again do not buy from this company.

Well this company is greedy and doesn't put the customer first! They sent me a defective product and instead of replacing it they told me i could have $30 off a $300 product if I wished to purchase a new one! Don't buy anything kingbolen

KINGBOLEN Online Store is low grade and insulting to me, they try bribing me on a honest feed back left on my transaction on e-bay. their most concern was to remove my feed back not the issue at hand which was a defective connection cable after I found the problem they wanted me do video's etc. Terrible experience with

Don't buy from this company! I had a dysfunctional Bluetooth module for a $500 scan tool and they wouldn't send me a new one! They were sending me in circles making me take video and pictures and upload and send them and then telling me they had to clear it with corporate now they want me to spend $170. To buy one retail at most they could offer me a $ 30 Coupon OFF THE PART ONLY. I MEAN THIS IS A MULTI MILLIONBIF NOT BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT SOMEBODY WHO SPENDS THAT MUCH MONEY ON ONE OF THEIR MID LEVEL DEVICES? I bought the Kingbolen K10, It was fast delivery, and they answer my question fast. Only positive experience.

Bought the k10. Worked for 6 months now screen doesn't turn on. Company doesn't want to respond or reply to me. Avoid at all costs buy autel or launch instead trust me. The k7 doesn't reset service lights at all as well

Arrived in good time, easy to track and fast replies. Part is exactly as promised and works fine.
