Kindred Splendor Arvostelua 

Currently a bit frustrated with this company. I placed my order for 3 pet portraits on 12/5 after reviewing the online description of a 24-48 hr turnaround time and 3-5 day shipping window meaning I had plenty of time to order for Christmas.

I had not received any communication from the company and reached out on 12/9 to ensure I didn’t miss any communication or requests from them. Twice, in response, I was told my proof would be sent to me on 12/10 and 12/12, but did not receive it until 12/13. I was told it would ship within 3-5 days and should arrive for Christmas. I did receive a shipping notification on 12/15, but the tracking numbers provided do not work and are not recognized by UPS making me wonder whether these orders were ever printed and shipped at all.

I reached out again via email on 12/22 and 1/3 to confirm whether these prints were ever even shipped and I have received 0 communication or updates.

To be quite honest this is unacceptable customer service. I understand the increase in orders and shipping traffic during the holidays, but this company has continuously provided me false information or blatantly ignored my inquiries.

So far i have sent two emails to this company and yet i still have not heard back from anyone. I haven’t gotten any proofs or anything saying that i need another picture to submit. Not sure if I’m ever going to get this order. Can’t find a number to call at all.

Finding a Christmas present my mother could appreciate seemed a difficult prospect as she is in home hospice, suffering from advanced dementia. Kindred Splendor provided the perfect solution -- a portrait of her beloved cat Cleo! Their website says proofs are provided within 24-48 hours, with the portrait arriving in the mail 1-5 business days after the proof is approved. Sounds wonderful. Wrong! A day after I placed my order I received an email requesting additional photos of Cleo, which I happily provided. It is now a week and a half later and I have heard nothing more from Kindred Splendor. Multiple emails and a voicemail message requesting an update on my order have been ignored. There is now virtually no chance I will receive the portrait by Christmas. There is however, an excellent chance my mother will not be around for the next Christmas. I am sickened that I placed my trust in a company that has proven so unreliable and unresponsive.

They keep giving false expectations on completion. Was advised 2-3 day to ship, and am still waiting after 9 days. Support keeps telling me it will ship today! each day I call. I hope the product is worth the wait because the customer service and support are terrible and don't really care after they have your money.

If we could give Kindred Splendor a 100 star review we would. We received our custom portrait and are so pleased with it. They do such wonderful work. If you have animals you need to get one of these. I love how they have all the different colors to choose from. Customer service is phenomenal!!!! Kindred Splendor thank you so much for making such a wonderful custom portrait of our animals. I cannot wait to hang this on the wall. I will be purchasing more!

Great company to work with. Would highly recommend them and will use them again. Such a unique and excellent quality gift.

Literally the best customer service I have experienced online. I had ordered a custom phone case from another company and it never arrived. You guys delivered it so quick and made it in time for my wife’s birthday! My wife absolutely loved it! Already recommended our friends!

Still waiting for my purchase. I have been waiting over 6 weeks and they keep giving me the run around . Very disappointing

At first I didn’t know how my phone case would turn out but when I submitted my request along with the photos and got a response that same day in an email confirming wether I liked the way it would turn out or if I would like to change anything I was amazed!
Not only at the quality of the artwork but their customer service it is second to none!
The fact they want to make sure their customers are happy with the finished product before processing to the next step made me feel important and so comfortable. Being away from my dogs has been incredibly hard!
Now I have my phone case which I absolutely absolutely LOVE I feel Like they are with me all the time ❤️

I highly recommend Kindred Splendor . I am 100% satisfied with the recent artwork that Kindred Splendor created for me. This is Millie my grand -dog. She has the sweetest soul and is so gentle and full of life. She always has a twinkle in her eye and my son and daughter in law were sooo happy with the surprise gift of this portrait. Thanks for being patient with the updates and multiple change requests. Your team is amazing to work with and I have been telling everyone about your company. Keep up the amazing work and the superb customer service.

I love my case! I only took a star off because the images are printed on the outside of the case. I hope they don't scratch off because it is so beautiful.

Still waiting after 6 weeks, sent three messages none of which have been replied to. Would not recommend!

I had a great experience with Kindred Splendor. The poster I received is just adorable! They processed everything quickly and it looks just like the picture I requested.

Absolutely amazing! I ordered this for my wifes birthday and she loved it! Loved the fact I got to see what it looked like before it sent out was great and once I gave the go ahead on the mockup i received the portrait in 5 days or so. Already recommended you to our friends! Will definitely be getting a few more of these for xmas presents!

Ordered a portrait over a month ago
And still haven’t received it. If you plan to buy a gift or need it soon don’t bother! I was told it would be changed to priority mail and it did not speed things up. It was a gift and it’s too late to give it now.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I purchased my poster on 6/6 and was told it would be delivered by Father’s Day. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t seen it. I contacted them and let them know that I’ve been checking the tracker and my poster has been sitting for over a week at the USPS. That was the second time it’s been sitting at one for over a week. They did not seem to care that I still haven’t received it and said it wasn’t their fault and they don’t control shipping. I doubt it was actually get delivered at this point.

This company is AMAZING! I could not pick between two pictures of my precious dog. I was able to chat with an employee and she helped me pick the picture that would be best. Then when I received the proof, they were able to edit it to where my dog would be more centered (because my picture was not) and got back to me within a day. It came in fast and I am so happy with the results! I will treasure this forever!

I had a great experience with Kindred Splendor. I sent in a picture of my dog, and got a proof back within days. I wanted one small change made, and that was done within a day or two and another proof was sent to me. The quality of the paper and the product is great! I have already recommended this site to family and friends and plan to use it to buy gifts in the future. Great price for the value, too.

I love my phone case! The quality is great and the images of my dogs look amazing! The case is light weight but still provides protection and the images are resilient to scratches, dirt, etc. I would definitely purchase this product again!
