Kimchi Arvostelua 

Ordered 12 October, based on excellent products i bought at a Food Fair. As of 3 November still received nothing and no response via phone or email.
Will seek refund via credit card - thankfully I didn't pay by transfer.....
Real shame as this product could be the basis for a really decent business
Edited - eventually the Kimchi arrived and it was excellent. You just have to be patient as clearly they are not a big business churning this stuff out en masse…

So sad that we haven't received our order.
Met at the good food festival, absolutely amazing flavours and clearly a small business, i was happy to place a good size order.
21st july placed order. Website updated to say orders after 1st July will be posted out 6th August.
Its now the 18th and no reply to emails or text.
I can understand if your overwhelmed with orders, just let me know. I'll wait, but the 0 communication is causing me to think that I'll need to complete a charge back to retrieve my money.
Im happy to change this review if all can be resolved.

I ordered 3 items, but had to chase when not received. When they arrived one jar was smashed. I've emailed 3 times now asking for a replacement, but no reply. A shame as the initial impression of the company at a local event was great and the products are tasty, but communication and suitable packaging lets them down. If I don't hear from them soon, I'll move on to a different supplier. Update - now emails bouncing back - Undeliverable! 😡

I ordered some products from this company on the 18th Jan 2023 and was told that there would be a delay before delivery due to product manufacture (fermenting and holidays.)
I then received an email to say that the order was being sent out on the 15th March 2023 along with a Parcelforce tracking number. It was supposedly being sent Express24 with Parcelforce. After several days of trying to track the parcel using the tracking number given, I contacted Parcelforce directly and they had no information on the package. They had not received it into their system.
Trying to contact Kimchi with Everything proved to be unhelpful. Mobile-Tesco mobile voice mail did not result in any response.
e mails came back with a name of Tina Benson with what looked like system generated responses with all the usual glowing apologies, but no real help.

Update 24 March 2023. After several e.mails I did finally get a resolution in that they did refund my money, so they are a genuine company.
Unfortunately they are Some what chaotic in their communication and distribution processes.

Still awaiting my order. It hasn't arrived and I have sent emails with no response?

most unhappy, bought several of these at the vegan fest in November . we opened on to use straight away and put the others in our Christmas treat box for the kids when we saw them at christmas. came to the 15th December i went to get their boxes sorted and they had all expanded and leaked out over the rest of the items in the box. this was the coldest part of the house which never go above 5 degrees. i emailed kimchi with pics and they never even bothered to get back in touch. best before 08 12 2024.

Quick delivery and kimchi is very well fermented. Authentic taste and will be ordering frequently.
