Kikatek Arvostelua

Nothing bad to say.
Very happy I found this website. I got a good deal on a figure I was looking for. Website was easy to navigate. Shipping was super fast. Packaging impeccable. So, I’m very happy with my purchase and hope to use them again.

Overall the best Gunpla shopping experience! Great prices, super fast and accurate delivery.

I made a mistake in the postcode
It was fixed very promptly
Fast deliveey

Great experience, was a gift for my boyfriend and I had no clue what was the difference between some of the sets (it turned out to be skins not an actual figures) and the staff replied to my email quickly. The shipping process was a little strange for the stuff that wasn't in stock yet but it all arrived on time.

Ordered my first kit from these guys, it arrived quickly and packed super safely!! Not even one dent :0 Thank you :)

Good price. Order came quickly and in good condition

As someone whose had a mixed bag of shopping for collectibles online, i wasn't too sure what to expect of Kikatek. However, my first experience with them was absolutely spot on.

Although i came there looking for gunpla model kits, there's so much more that they have in stock it could make your head spin and at very fair prices might i add.

To my surprise, the order was dispatched the same day i placed it and literally arrived within 2 days using the Fedex priority option.

It arrived packaged with love and a lovely little personal note from the team. You're all a credit to yourselves. Thank you for such a smooth and seamless ride!

The item arrived very quickly and was in perfect condition.
It was also well protected.

Fantastic company with fast delivery.
Great price got both mega sized Zaku figures for £120 on Amazon just for one was £100 that's why I bought both.
Mega sized gundam are great for beginners and like me who can't build smaller ones anymore due to arthritis.
Would recommend this company to anyone.

Clear and easy to order with fast shipping, will buy from them again.

Easy ordering, quick despatch and delivery, well packaged in good order

Great variety of gundam and super quick reliable delivery. Great service as always, thanks again and we’ll definitely be back!

Fast delivery and well packed with a lolly.😁

Item arrived on swiftly on time, all as stated and very reasonably priced

The items I ordered arrived fast and in good condition. The quality was great and I love how cute my new robot is!

My issue wasn't with the products themselves but rather the lack of communication about the warehouse service. I preordered my goods months ago and they were delayed due to stock, fair enough. It was only went i went in to check myself because other stores had the items that i only found out that the items have been in my warehouse for 4 days. You mean to tell me it wasn't possible to send me a notification to say i can ship the items? Please sort that out, other than that everything else was fine, price was decent and getting the items was within given timeframe.

EDIT: I see your reply and appreciate you took my suggestion to mind

Good, got my package fast and undamaged
