The bed is strong need around 2-3 hours to fix though. My 6 six year old and 3 year old love it.

Awful company, awkward regarding any unopen returns. Paid the delivery cost in which they charged, when wanting to return they ask me to cover additional delivery costs of a further £25 plus £36 to return. Very awkward unhelpful and also changed my name on delivery details for the courier making this hard to prove it was me. Once complained regarding this no apology, or any acknowledgement to their error.

I ordered a bed for my 2 year old son's new bedroom, and it was delivered so fast, within a couple of days of ordering. I was updated regularly with delivery details, and the quality of the bed exceeded my expectations. It was so easy to put together as well, and a great price for the quality received.

Really good product, delivered on time and within the scheduled window. Is was pretty straightforward to build but my only complaint is that you seem to get exactly the number of fixings required. We managed to break a couple of lug fittings during the build (there must have been about 50)) and there were no extras so we had to miss a couple out.

Great service and bed was delivered fast. However 4 stars because one of the delivery men was very rude the other was lovely tho and help carry box upstairs
