Great concept which gives good value and very reliable.

This is the second time we have used this service and have had absolutely no problems. The alarm system was activated once during our absence and the property checked within1 hour and found to be secure. (A helpful neighbour also a keyholder had entered and left!)
We shall use this company again later in the year

Excellent Service by David Rogers (Senior Operations Specialist), he has mobilised 2x sites within a day. He goes out and beyond to help me with any issues I have, he gets these resolved swiftly. Well done David.

I trusted this organisation to help protect my family home whilst absent, but they let us down when we needed them most. Over a 5 month period of engagement, on two separate occasions whilst away from home, they failed to answer a call from our alarm monitoring station when the alarm was activated, leaving us (very anxiously) having to rely on neighbours to check my property. Despite providing them with documented evidence from our monitoring station regarding the duration of the calls made to them, they made no apology or offered any explanation as to why the calls were not answered. Furthermore, they admitted on email that they sometimes use an external answering service!!
Despite asking them twice to return my keys, they have not done so; I now have to replace all the locks in my house at considerable personal expense.
A disgraceful organisation that certainly does not deliver the service they promise and puts the valued and priceless home environments of families like ours at immense risk.

What more can one say of a company that charges clients 63p (total £18.79) per minute on the phone when you try to sort things with their highly inefficient staff? It’s a real disgrace and I m happy I ve left. Anyone thinking of using this company should also be aware of the cost involved in speaking to them.

Does what is says on the tin, plus! Had to change my appointment a couple of times and raise some odd issues. All of which encountered smooth, polite and efficient handling. Ralitsa and Don were superb. Thanks a million!

Denise was very efficient and friendly in arranging a site visit, and Don was most informative when conducting the site survey - would highly recommend their professional services!

If I were to wright this review a month ago, I would have to say that communication with TKHC was difficult and many of our site attendances times were over 4 hours. Some of my email communications would have taken over 1 week to get a response, which didn't fit with our operation. Since then we have been dealing with Ralitsa and I have nothing but praise for her. Here response to email communication is brilliant and whenever I request anything from her it's done. All our response times are now good and if I have any queries Ralitsa is on it. Give that lady a promotion and a pay raise! Thank you Ralitsa. And I hope our business relationship with TKHC can continue to grow in the right direction.

I had an urgent request and called through to Daniel. He was very polite, and very helpful and, with no fuss, actioned exactly what I'd asked him to do in quick time. He then emailed to confirm the outcome; excellent.

I find it extremely irritating when, after one small service has been performed, I am asked to respond to a survey.

The Keyholding Company provide Support services to us in both Alarm response services and manned guarding. I work closely with Mirella Bates and find her to be the total professional, always going the extra mile and doing everything she can to assist in meeting customer expectations

KSR have been working with KHC for the past few years and we have had issues with agents in the hub not listening to the officers on the ground, since Mirela has been appointed our performance manager it is an absolute pleasure with the constant feed back on how KSR can improve our performance delivery for KHC and she has aloud us to improve across all aspects of service delivery. the current working relationship between KSR and KHC is great and will only get stronger.keep up the great work.
