Everything still working fine after Ms Office update.

Never received what we purchased….. never responded to me asking about not receiving what we purchased

It took 3 keys to get right so it felt kind of sketchy. First one was "invalid" according to both the phone and PC activation. The second one worked, but was a Windows OEM key, not a retail license as advertised (which I wouldn't even know if I didn't check via the command prompt.) 3rd one was actually what I ordered. The whole process took about a week. It was more like 2 1/2 stars since it worked eventually, but I'll give them 2, since I after all that I feel like my key is going to be revoked by windows any day now, and if I hadn't looked up how to check what kind of license I got I would still be unknowingly using an OEM.

I needed license for win7 upgrade and after some research with other sites which did not offer paypal payment I order it here. Key arrived same day to my mail and did work so everything ok.

Deliver items as originaly advertized in their web page....mailed me original product key for Retail version of Windows 7 Profesional Home ..many thanks...

So often, a PC either is only offered with Windows Home, or the cost to upgrade from Home to Pro is ridiculously high. As long as you're aware of the activation issue (which Key1024 clearly states, as well as how to resolve it), this is the ONLY way to go!

Great service. You buy an activation code very cheaply and get it by mail within a few hours.
Once I got a duplicated code. After conveniently replying to their mail, I got a new code within an hour.

If you had said, "No, but check back later," Then maybe that would have been worth three stars.

But just a "no" with nothing else? Forget about it!

This is the real deal, you found it!!! Always buy retail keys btw. First time I bought on a Sunday and my key was emailed to me on Monday, second time I bought on a working day. The key was emailed in one to two hours. I didn't even have to re-install and my key was recognized when I tried to activate. Later that month, when I formatted my pc the key was recognized as well. Since then I formatted again because I wanted to install in UEFI mode. Again microsoft activated as soon as logged into windows. It helps if you give your microsoft (gmail) account during installation. That way windows activates itself using it after installation is done. I've purchased a second windows 10 pro retail key as well which I haven't used yet. Does anybody know if I can use this as well with the same microsoft account on the same computer? sure, I could activated just fine I guess but what happens to the former key in case of formatting in the future ? does microsoft hold on to both keys (combined on the same microsoft account) and if so which one of them do they use each time you format the same pc? And say, I buy a second pc and install windows 10 pro as well and use the same microsoft account. Do microsoft know which key to use ? if somebody could elaborate that would be great.

I had to wait 7.5 hours to receive my product key. The site promised up to 1 hour. However, I had to contact the support by email. I received a response that my key was sent already and to check my spam folder. The reality was, I never received an email. A few hours later, I finally received an email with a product key. I'm glad I finally received my product key but It was inconvenient for me to wait so long.
