The price is higher than what it was…

The price is higher than what it was claiming it was going to be after going through the bit of accepting a discounted offer to continue the purchase.

The kiosk neither allowed for 'hands free' card usage
The keypad is not ergonomically situated.
There was no printed receipt at the station.

I would suggest making the touch screen approximately 22° to the horizontal plane for ergonomic reason and so it's easier to see what is being entered.

I recommend making it more a booth for privacy from others' passing by...

Give the option to have a printed receipt.
Have a cash purchase option...

Enable the wifi payment device that's on the machine (I tried to utilize it, but nothing happened.) instead of going automatically to swipe.

Just a fyi, the key was unable to be turned even if the system would've allowed for that to take place (due to the kiosk design not including tractor key copying ability). - My is/was for a Ford 3930 tractor.

Very easy to use

Very easy to use, key choices were nice and I got one free. Keys came out precise and no burrs, worked perfectly in my locks and I didn't have to go to a separate place from where I was shopping.

the key was inserted in machine with teeth up

the key was inserted in machine with teeth upside but it didnt work , when i compared to source key it had a taper on bottom side as well due to which key didnt get inserted in the lock , so machine needs to do a 360 sketch of the key not to miss the taper on downside . so I ended up wasting my time 10 miles one side to sams club and 10 miles coming back and 30 min only to find my key not working
