I've dealt with Simon and the team at Key Software for quite a few years now, always keen value, and great patience and support for their products, and the monthly free software.

Downloading option is great

Downloading option is great, especially when Finland is suffering of post delivery strike. The only annoying incident was on the second quite a large packed download which did not unzip on the first time. On the other hand my mobile connection might also be the reason. The service in great in any case.
