Unfortunately my purchase got lost in the post, through no fault of Kettler but the delivery firm used...After contacting Holly in Customer Service, the process thereafter was great..After realising that the item was lost, another was sent out, with no problem...Customer Service was 5 star..

Kat was really helpful. Needed from spares for an older set. She suggested I send a photo so that she could get the correct parts sent from the warehouse. Correct parts arrived within days, no charge. Excellent customer service

The after sales service tells you a lot…
The after sales service tells you a lot about a company. Kettler have a very responsive customer service phone line and they are genuinely interested in putting things right. I’m delighted with my outdoor table and chairs But a slight split has developed in a couple of the wooden arms. Kettler’s response ( from a real person -Holly- was to solve the problem. The arms are being replaced.
I really felt Kettler have the right idea. A real person not a disembodied voice - listening and responding with a good solution. Impressive

Prompt, friendly customer service
Very happy with Kettler's customer service. Kat was very friendly and helpful to deal with, and when I reported back a few weeks later that replacement parts that had been sent out were themselves defective, she promptly sent a new set, no questions asked.

Great Customer Serivice
Contacted Customer Services today to enquire about some relacement cushion covers for a garden furniture set that is no longer available on the website. The agent was super helpful and managed to find the correct covers and place them on back order for me. Great service and so happy as I absolutely love my Kettler set.

Excellent and prompt customer service
We have a number of pieces of Kettler (Palmer) garden furniture and have been very pleased with them. However after nearly three years there was an issue with the dining table which I asked Kettler about. Kat (very professional and efficient) requested photos and within no time at all arranged for a replacement. Excellent customer service.

I was referred to Kettler to try and find a product, I needed.
When I emailed them, they answered very promptly and even through they were out of stock of the item, they pointed me in the right direction to be able to purchase it, which i did on line, this was very much appriecated and I was having big issues trying to find the item to to purchase it.

A great company selling great products
Products are exceptional quality, just purchased a second 3.3m parasol as they are so good. You do get what you pay for so whilst these products are not cheap, you are not disappointed with what you receive, build quality is extremely high, and components are all fit for outdoor and longevity. Customer Services a dream to deal with, you can talk to a human being and they are prompt on email responses.

Great Customer Service
Recently contacted Kettler customer service with an enquiry regarding a replacement part for a pergola. Kat was very helpful and patient in assisting me with my enquiry. She also remembered me when I had to call back a few days later with an additional enquiry. Customer service was perfect, sorted my order easily and promptly. Cannot fault them.

Excellent Customer Service & great product
Great product and terrific value for money. Whence our second large parasol from Kettler in a year. I was duly notified when it was back in stock. I wanted to buy on the spot but would be abroad for delivery. Wrote to Customer Services who got back promptly and arranged for delivery on my return. I am impressed by Kettler's efficiency and service. All too rare these days. Highly recommend, for quality of product and excellent customer service.

Storm damage
The 2 heavy duty screws near the base of our [27 month old] cantilever parasol became loose and bent during a recent storm.
The support team didn’t hesitate to pop 2 replacements in the post.
No other parasol provider can match their products and service.

Replacement LED
We had an issue with our Parasol that we brought last year one of the LED strips in the arm stopped working. Sent them an email and with in a couple of days a new LED strip arrived all fitted and working perfectly. Thank you.

Damaged our fairly new garden…
Damaged our fairly new garden furniture, didn't want to replace the whole set. Contacted Kettler and they assisted me with just replacing the damaged section. They went above and beyond with helping, checking stock, other warehouses for the one section.
They managed to find one, send photos which i was happy with and confirmed my acceptance.
Very pleased with the communication and service i received. Happy i have my full set back.

Great customer service
Having enquired about a protective cover Palma round set, the customer service agent Kat Woods dealt with my query very efficiently. Despite not currently in stock she advised that I will be contacted when stock is available, payment and delivery can then be arranged.
