Horrible customer service. I have reached out multiple times to this company regarding the fact I am still waiting on a December 5th order I placed for a Christmas present. I have written the company asking for a credit for all the Bells (4) and the videos (2) that are no use to me without the kettlebells. I have heard nothing. So disappointed.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Kettlebell Kings. After placing my order, I was excited to receive my kettlebells, which were marketed and priced as brand-new items. However, upon inspection, the kettlebells arrived in unacceptable condition:
1. Cosmetic Damage: The kettlebells had scuffs and scratches on both the handles and bodies, which are unacceptable for items sold as new.
2. Rusting: The handles showed visible signs of rust, raising concerns about the integrity and durability of the product. Rust on a new item indicates either poor storage conditions or that the product was used prior to being sold.
3. Misrepresentation: There was no disclosure that these items might be B-stock or used, yet the price was reflective of a new, pristine product.

I contacted Kettlebell Kings immediately upon receiving the items on January 15, 2025, via their support email, detailing these concerns and attaching photos to illustrate the damage. I requested compensation, such as a partial refund or an alternative resolution, which I felt was fair given the circumstances.

It has now been over 24 hours, and I have yet to receive a response from their team. Furthermore, I attempted to contact the company via the phone number associated with their business, only to find that the line was disconnected or unavailable. This lack of communication is unacceptable and leaves customers like me completely in the dark about how to resolve issues with their orders.

Kettlebell Kings markets itself as a premium company, but my experience has been anything but premium. Selling damaged or improperly stored products at full price without disclosure and then failing to respond to a customer’s legitimate concerns reflects poorly on their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I expected much more from a company with such a reputation. Unless Kettlebell Kings makes a serious effort to improve their quality control and customer service, I cannot recommend them to anyone. My trust in their brand has been severely diminished.

Had various issues in 2024 ordering kettlebells but I really love the quality and finish of these compared to others I've ordered so I kept trying. Customer service has consistently been understanding and communicative over the past few years over various orders which is excellent.

Most recent 32kg order arrived in great condition and well packed. Looking forward to sizing up in the next few months.

I purchased a 16 kg kettlebell for strength training and the communication and fast delivery were excellent.

I love these kettlebells! They are high quality. However, customer service leaves a little to be desired. I have emailed twice about a missing bell from a recent order and have only received automated responses.

I have ordered a few times from Kettlebell Kings - I've been growing my collection of Powder-coated Kettlebells. The products are top quality. The shipping is incredibly fast. There was one order last year where the wrong bell was sent. When I reached out, the staff fixed it immediately. The only person that doesn't seem enthused when I order from Kettlebell Kings is my Fedex handler - maybe he should up his training!

FedEx delivery was late and frustrating to work with. They first alleged they tried to deliver my newly purchased bell. First, that makes no sense because there is no need for a signature. Second, I was actually home all day on the original delivery date. Thitd, the bell sat in FrdEx's possession for over a week. When contacting FedEx about my shipment, they were overall useless and full of empty promises. When contacting kettlebellkings by phone I just got busy signals or pickup and immediate disconnection. This soured my overall experience and has me considering alternative brands as a result. I advise KB Kings getting a new shipping partner.

I ordered the 53 pound kettle bell and the 70 pound kettle bell. I had no issue receiving the 50 pound kettle bell. In fact, I received two of them. I never received the 70 pound Kettle bell. Maybe because it was the weekend, but I never heard from kettlebell Kings about it. I will update my review when this is fixed.

The only reason I gave them a 4 is because customer communication needs to be improved. They send my items in 2 orders. I thought I was being shorted an item. Only an email is provided for customer service. Better communication is a must.

Bought a total of three kettlebells and unfortunately received two out of the three kettlebells. Never received the 22lbs pink competition kettlebell, despite my invoice indicating all three items were shipped and delivered. Sent multiple emails and haven’t heard a resolution yet. I understand it’s the holiday season and responses may take a few days. However, I am still looking to receive the last kettlebell ordered. Thank you.

Second time ordering with KBK. Love the product. Ordered Saturday, they were in my driveway on Tuesday. Was swinging the new 24's this morning. Thanks again - I'll be back for the 28's eventually.

There are definitely cheaper bells out there but I doubt there are better bells anywhere. Totally worth every penny.

Speedy delivery, solid product! This is the second it third time I've bought something, and customer service is excellent!

I received my order (#24178) yesterday, however it was not the 20kg competition bell that I ordered. I was shipped a 24kg competition bell, I have sent 5 emails and left a VM but have yet to receive a response as to how I will receive what I ordered.

To be honest, I was disappointed to see the kettlebell was made in China, and shipped here from overseas; I had looked online to find kettlebells made in the USA, but apparently, no one is making 'competition' hollow-core bells here in the USA. The web indicated that Kettlebell Kings sourced its bells from a variety; so I went ahead and ordered one. Most important to me was a competition bell with 33mm diameter handles, and Kettlebell Kings had this option.
The only reason I cringe at China made products is because the are a horrid Communist tyranny. With that out of the way, the bell itself is quite well made, an excellent casting. The price was fine, shipping was free, and delivery was very quick from the regional warehouse. I ordered a second bell regardless of country of origin, as whoever is running the foundry knows how to cast a good kettlebell. If you can ignore the fact that buying from China is politically anathema to Freedom, it is a great product. Certainly the USA side of management has a good Heart.

Quick shipping! The Kettlebell is received was flawless! Why do people even care if there's a scratch on their Kettlebell? You're supposed to be going to war with it, not country line dancing. All I received was a top quality Kettlebell.

It took a bit but all the 33mm competition kbs that were out of stock finally got restocked! I was notified about 4 days In a roll that the four different weights I needed were restocked. So a wk later I now own the complete line up of 33mm comp kbs. They are perfectly balanced, they look bright and the 33mm handles make it easy for my wife and daughter to use too!
