Keoghs Arvostelua 

I had an accident in a Tescos carpark which resulted in me fracturing my collarbone. I was forwarded to Keoghs to make a claim as Tescos say they are there solicitors. After months trying to get the ball rolling the case manager has been a nightmare to get hold of. Voicemails ignored, emails ignored. Absolutely no response. I've called multiple times to other people at Keoghs but they are unable to help. It feels like nothing has happened. At the end of the day this has affected my like and I'm physically permanently scarred from this incident with absolutely no care from this practice. Furthermore, I feel the "investigations" being made are very one side oriented. After offering witnesses to the accident Keoghs has failed to follow up with these witnesses. Only speaking to the manager of Tescos who is likely going to say another story.

Appointed as solicitors by my sons insurers to help with claim absolutely useless, never answer emails and only answered me once I threatened with making formal complaint to legal ombudsman and the law society. Do not recommend at all

I'm a solicitor dealing with a matter involving a personal injury accident at a supermarket. It's not a complicated matter. Keoghs has put off the matter so that it fell out of time in the (dreadful) Claims Portal, and now Keoghs needs an additional 30 days to make a decision on a simple matter. I'm simply embarrassed on behalf of my profession that these people are even allowed to carry on offering legal services. They represent all the is reprehensible, wrong and awful in the practice of law.

I would give zero starts if I could. I phoned the company and the "receptionist" asked me who I wanted to speak with I said I wasn't sure as the file handler had changed 3 times in a week. She put me on hold and then kept me on hold for over 20 minutes. I think I would still be on hold now as the offices closed in that time - I disconnected and called back to be told by an automated message that they were closed - So the receptionist basically just left me hanging with no intention of putting me through to anyone ! I was calling as I had been sent a message about a hearing, even though the letter before stated that we were getting 100% pay out. After waiting 4 months for an offer that had been made in October - but nobody from Keoghs bothered to pass that on to us !!!!! THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

I can only add my comments to all the negative one's below. Keogh's are acting for Argos, who's lorry damaged my driveway and garden. They do not respond to emails and even ignore me when I try to raise a complaint. If Argos/Sainsburys wish to rescue their reputation, they need to look closely at how their solicitors treat the victims of their company.

Avoid!
Would never recommend them to anyone, I have emailed several time to ask about a case they are working on IR was the person in charge. Never heard back. I called and left messages no o r got back to me. Called their main office to be told IR doesn’t work on that case anymore. Asked to be emailed some information they said they will do it and no email so far. This has to be one of the worst legal companies I have encountered so far.
Furthermore they are withhelding costs recovered and not even informing their client they have managed to recover the costs.
Absolutely shocking! They need to be reported further as this is definitely not right.

When I questioned what the accident was were and who was involved they threatened to take me to court in 7 days and didn't provide the information requested

This legal firm are trying to make a claim against myself over an ‘accident’ dated over a year and a half ago for an incident which does literally not exist. I’m totally baffled by the legal firm ! Thankfully I’m more than able to account for my whereabouts on this claim - but a warning to less vigilant persons and innocent members of the public.

Unbelievable customer service!
The claims handler CS, has continuously laboured the problem of his workload and failed to respond to repeated requests for an update.
Wow what a poor company.

Anyone can change your solicitors at any stage even if you are halfway through and you are getting unprofessionalism and they are not doing their job. It is your legal right!

Extremely rude staff. I spoke to mark hibbett who was dismissive and patronising. Extremely unhelpful could only offer “not much I can do” in terms on my claim. I have been left extremely upset by this call.

Absolutely terrible company. Employees don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Have to follow up constantly with them, ongoing case since April and still not resolved. The representative is absolutely useless and doesn’t respond to correspondence and hasn’t properly read case details, missing major points out. Praying this gets resolved asap I never have to deal with these incompetent humans ever again!!

A lorry insured by them smashed into my wife’s car. We contacted them numerous times and they are ignoring us. 4 weeks without our car or information. We’ve now gone through our own insurers and will take legal action

Thank you to Anita Randles and team. After damage by Tesco in their carpark, Tesco were virtually unresponsive and disinterested. Until Anita @ Keoghs were appointed to take an impartial view, I had no one to contact. I only had a point of contact and updates after speaking to Keoghs!

i have tryed again today to telephone Keoghs no answer and they do not supply a e-mail address for you to complain so i have aske davies group for a final decision on my claim so aas i can make complaint to ombudsman

I was hit by a bus in March 2019. This joke of a company were representing me and I today find out they have closed the case. They don't reply to emails, voice mails, wont take your call. They messed up court dates, court locations meaning I turned up to a hearing that had been moved because they didn't bother telling me, resulting in a days lost earnings. They messed up so much that the bus company was awarded compensation that I was also not aware of, until a bailiff letter landed on my door as they had also ignored the court order and not paid.

Avoid at all costs. There are so many negative reviews here for a reason

Appalling service, zurich passed the issue to them in April of 2022, they opened the claim and have done nothing with it since, it has now cost us hundreds of pounds extra through insurance due to their incompetence. Steer clear, they are hopeless.

The worst insurance company our family has ever had to deal with. They have Lied, twisted and manipulated the truth at every opportunity to cover up all their clients accident.

They will do anything to get their client off the hook. There is no depths this company won’t sink to, to get their client off the hook by accusing you of what they are guilty of themselves. They project everything onto the victim.

They really are lower than a snakes belly and need investigating from the insurance ombudsman. They will bury the victim and protect all their perpetrators accidents, all this so they don’t have to pay out a penny!

They acted like bunch of snakes. When you deal with this company, you really are walking into the vipers den.

After trying to deal with Keoghs directly and then not being replied to I complained to Hastings directly.

This led to a call from Keoghs and they confirmed they send all of their non fault customers the same quote as me ("Once we have completed our enquiries if liability remains in dispute"). This is wrong and misleading on a large scale.

They do this to try and get you to complete their 6 page document that asks the exact information as Hastings Direct have already asked.
Hastings Direct have told me that Keoghs should have had access to all information I provided them from day 1.

Nigel Searson the Team Leader also told me Keoghs are not my friend.

I am quite frankly disgusted by the behaviour of this firm and I am not happy with them being my solicitors at all.
