Kenwood Arvostelua 

1. Gemäß dem Angebot auf der Homepage von Kenwood, wurde das Tortendekorationsset KWSD100 bei Kauf eines Titanum Chef Patissier XL als Valentinstagsgeschenk ausgewiesen. Bestellung sowie Bezahlung erfolgte am 10.02.2022. Nach etlichen Anfragen in Mails und Livechats, bis zum heutigen Tag, Tortendekorationsset nicht erhalten und auch keine Angabe über die Begründung der Verzögerung.
2. Pop Top Cover per UPS Retourenlabel fristgerecht retourniert. Bis heute Betrag nicht retour erhalten.
Die Telefonnummer auf der Hompage ist nur zur Deko abgebildet, denn man erreicht niemanden.
Der Kundenservice von Kenwood, ist der bisher schlechteste, den ich je erlebt habe. Schade um den einen Stern! Ich kann jedem nur abraten bei Kenwood zu bestellen!

Wir haben uns eine KVL8320 Chef XL Titanium zugelegt und eigentlich über die Maschine gefreut, bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, wo sich sich mit einer kleinen Menge Pizzateig (600g auf Stufe 2) von der Arbeitsplatte bewegt hat und auf den Boden gefallen ist. Unfassbar! Wie kann so ein schweres Gerät so instabil und schlecht gegen rutschen gesichert sein?! Ein Glück, dass sich niemand verletzt hat! Der Kundenservice von Kenwood ist genauso mies - schlechter und unfreundlicher geht's kaum. Es sei eigenverschulden, weil wir die Maschine "unbeaufsichtigt" gelassen haben - so ein Nonsens. Wer kauft eine Küchenmaschine um dann neben ihr zu stehen und aufzupassen. Die Reparatur geht voll zu unseren Lasten; super ärgerlich und defintiiv die letzte Kenwood/DeLonghi Maschine!!

Kenwood KVL8400S, Super and perfekt machine!

Achat du Chef XL Titanium KVL8320S en août 2018. Après 8 mois, le système de fixation du crochet pour pétrir le pain à cassé. Maintenant, depuis quelques jours, l’axe principal du robot se dévisse et une espèce d’huile noire fuit. Je précise que l’appareil est utilisé sans forcer la puissance ni les quantités. Ai pris contact avec Kenwood et comme par hasard ce n’est plus sous garantie. Donc réparations à nos frais sans compter les désagréments d’envoi, réception et indisponibilité de l’appareil. Il est triste de constater que la marque Kenwood n’est définitivement plus un gage de qualité. Ma mère a eu un Kenwood pendant plus de 20 ans et c’est le moteur qui a lâché après une longévité plus qu’honorable. Maintenant, les appareils sont produits en Chine... bref excessivement déçu et plus jamais cette marque. J’irai à la concurrence, peut-être pour une qualité égale mais au moins ce sera moins cher.

Support from the manufacturer is contradictory, defensive and dismissive.
Manual is too brief and does not make sense in some instances.
Retail supplier is critical and does not support some of the claims of manufacturer.
Device does not work in my building's car park.
Manual does not clearly state there may be issues with some features.
Completely regret my purchase and should have stuck with the original brand I liked.
If I could get a refund and replace the unit with. competitor brand I would do it, however that will cost me.
For the level of investment, these units are expensive, the manufacturer does not appear sufficiently concerned about my issues and the low opinion I have of their product, support, service and brand.
Never again Kenwood.

Bad experience with the kitchen appliance. Something went wrong inside the device. When I tried to open it I must destroy the case. Inside I found very cheap motor "made in china". New motor cant be ordered to fix it. Its rubbish product. Now I preffered another brand of kitchen helpers. NEVER KENWOOD.

Very bad experience with Kenwood. I bought Invertor Glow 1.5 AC and it stopped functioning just after two and a half years. The customer service experience is the worst. There is a big disconnect between the company and the third party customer service centers. The prices of parts are not consistent anyone can ask for any price. No one has proper information and no one has control over it. And if you have to replace a part you have to pay in advance. What kind of brand does this?

Really disappointed with Kenwood products and customer service. Still a story of Kenwood blender for some other time. I have decided to never buy any Kenwood product ever again.

Just me boycotting them might not make any difference but I can the first drop anyway!

I installed the kenwood head unit, it worked fine for 2 months. Then the screen stopped to turn on, and now only the leds from the buttons around the display light up, radio doesn't work, had to plug my old one back in. Waste of money, don't recommend.

I order a Kenwood head unit+ HD Rear View Camera package from Amazon, but when I received it and opened, there was no rear camera to be found. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they sent me a rear camera. However, it’s very glitchy and has a poor quality view. The head unit USB port connects is not Android friendly. You have to buy the antenna separately. The sound quality is not as good as my factory radio in my challenger.

I was so excited to install a Kenwood DPX792BH stereo in my car. It wowed me at first. But when I ran into a problem, I learned that their support is nonexistent. With "PANDORA" painted on the face of the radio, you would expect Pandora to work well, but it doesn't. It worked fine at first, but soon got stuck in a mode where it only shows "READING", "CONNECT ERROR", or "CHECK DEVICE". I contacted Kenwood about the issue and they pointed the finger at Pandora. I contacted Pandora and they pointed the finger at Kenwood. Since doing a paperclip-assisted hard reset on the stereo temporarily fixes the problem, I blame Kenwood.
