If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! You will get a real person when you call and this will be the story - dress in in our sorting facility. It will be sent out and you will get a tracking number within 24 hours and the dress within 2 days. You will hear this same script for weeks and will never receive your dress. We ordered a dress in July for a November wedding. It is nearly October and we have no dress. I have called every week for 3 weeks and heard the story that it is at the sorting facility and will be on a truck with tracking info within 24 hours and to us in 2 days. Each week, same story, no dress. Now we are 5 weeks out, need to find a dress and have it altered. Unless you really like scrambling to find a dress and being completely frustrated, DON"T ORDER FROM THEM!!!! AWFUL on every level!!

Do not use this website, they lost my dress before it was even shipped and didn't arrive before the wedding when I ordered it four months in advance and shipping was supposed to take two weeks i even paid for express. Once I received the dress i returned and and they only return 75% of what you paid for it snd it takes a month for your money to be given back because they are “short staffed” this company is full of excuses will never be using it again.

Not a scam but they're not accurate with their shipping estimations when ordering the dresses. Two weeks after we ordered bridesmaid's dresses they sent an email saying they have no accurate estimation! And even though the supposed estimated delivery date was more than a month before the wedding, I have no idea now if the dress will arrive on time for the wedding! Not to mention that I'll have to shorten it too! 😑

The dress was pretty once it was altered, but the sizing ran smaller than expected even though I followed the measurements on the Kennedy Blue website. Exchanging it ended up being more difficult and expensive than I anticipated because the instructions were not very clear. It took a good couple of days with customer service to sort everything out, and while they did eventually help, communication could have been smoother.

I originally left a review on the company’s website that was visible for a while but no longer appears. I am not sure why and it could be a glitch, but I wanted to share my experience here so other customers can see a fuller range of feedback. The dress itself turned out nice in the end, but the process was stressful and I hope the company improves clarity and transparency around sizing, exchanges, and customer feedback.
