After last revue om Kempinski Aqaba Jordan there has only ben god things to report and except for the fishrestaurant everything has ben worthy of the 5 star clas

Superb atmosphere, a hotel that I would definitely come back to. It was my first time going to this hotel so I didn't really know what to expect, however, everything exceeded my expectations and I do recommend it to everyone who has a chance to stay here. Friendly staff, good food, and the rooms are really nice. Holding off for a 5-star review just until the next time I'm able to visit this hotel to see if it holds up to my first pleasant experience.

My family and I made a reservation at Kempinski hotel in dead sea. When we arrived at 5 pm, we asked if it was possible to have a late check out since we arrived that late, at the hotel, the deskfront officer said it wasn’t any problem and convinced us to upgrade (with a difference of a couple of hundred dinars jd. valuta )our reservation to the Ishtar building, and so we did. The third day they called our room at 8am, to remind us that’s was time for our check out at noon, and if they should send us someone to pick up our luggage??? We explained that we had a late check out it was the agreement, no understanding and that was not possible, he said, there’s not such arrangements.

Not a trustworthy staff, only out there to suck out your money and a very, bad vacation experience, thank you for that! No more Kempinski Hotels for us.

An amazing tranquil atmosphere was created by the staff and general ambience of this very special location. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the last 30 years, this was truly superb.

Havde min til dato dårligste hotel oplevelse på Kempinski Budapest. På et 5 stjernet hotel skal der være mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe, ligesom det ikke skal være nødvendigt at bede om ekstra sæbe! Det rettede de dog op på, men efter hjemkomst valgte de at trække ekstra 1400kr fra mit mastercard - da jeg ringede til dem var beskeden at jeg havde røget på værelset, hvilket var en lodret løgn😡😡😡 det kostede indtil flere opkald og emails førend jeg fik mine penge retur. Føj for en opførsel - kan IKKE anbefales! Har efterfølgende hørt om lignende træk af penge efter hjemkomst, så jeg er ikke den eneste👎👎👎👎👎👎

Spent a weekend in Budapest, Kempinski Hotel. I booked a smoking room, unfortunately I did not get one. The manager came into the room for a talk and gave us a free upgrade from a normal to business room. Crazy 😍

Men nu skal jeg være her i 4 dage
Beliggenhed perfekt .
Det skule være et 4.5-5 stjernet hotel
Men vi måtte gøre opmærksom på der manglede sutsko og tandbørster
Morgenmaden var meget sparsom
Værelset ligner ikke et et på et 5 stjernet hotel
Tv ringe udbud af engelske kanaler
Resturanten måtte vi selv lede efter den tjener der serverede drink for os da vi skulle betale
Det lyder måske som det er i småtings afdelingen
Men det er et top hotel så forventer man også at blive serviceret ordentlig
Næstegang tager vi et andet hotel i Berlin

In my search for a 5 star accommodation i Hamburg I made a reservation at this hotel. When I received the reservation confirmation I did see that the reservation dates where all wrong. I canceled the reservation 5 minuts after I received the confirmation. When I canceled the reservation I was informed that I would have to pay the full amount and would not get any refund. I have sins been in contact with both Trivago and the hotel and told that I did not book a flex reservation and would therefor have to pay the full amount even though there where several weeks until the reservation was due.

Small error and high punishment! There is a 5 star service for you....

As you can see below, Kempinski Hotels try to appear as they have tried to solve the problem! Kempinski Hotels had the reservation for 5 minuts, that was accedentaly booked. Kempinski Hotels had three weeks to rebook the room but decided to charge me the full amount for an error. I buy from a low budget internet sits that have more dignity than Kempinski Hotels. Money is not an issue for me but fairness is...
My short dialog with Kempinski Hotels was: Bad luck for you! you should read the small/gray letters in the booking process.

Hotellet är underbart och mycket välsköt och vi längtar redan tillbaka. Vi har bott på mer än 100 högklassiga hotell i olika länder och vi tycker att servicen på detta hotell är den bästa vi har haft. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam på alla platser i hotellet ett särskilda tack till
personalen på den kinesiska restauranten Hai Tao på Kempinski, maten var underbar och vi rekommenderar starkt ett besök. Hoppas vi får möjligheten till återvända. Personalet var uforskammet og de havde slet slet ikke forstået hvad der skal til for at være et 5 stjernet hotel. Vi flyttede efter 3 dage, selvom vi havde betalt forud for en uge. ALDRIG mere Kempinski!!!!!

Very attentive staff, comfortable rooms and good food. Lobby has excellent environment. Although it is a little bit pricey hotel :).

Perfect location, very nice rooms, fantastic breakfast with champagne, lovely afternoon-tea, spa and service by staff. Can really recommend this hotel.

The booking was easy!!

Stayed with a few friends before a meeting in Geneva. The hotel was very smart and when i needed an adaptor for the European plugs they were really quick to provide one!

Concise and straightforward, will be good if you can display the tax component inclusive to the overall price.

The website was able to give me what I was looking for, a very fast site with large images and the booking process was made easy to book my room.
