Kelly's Storage Arvostelua

A smooth move from Bracknell to Brighton that went extremely well! An amazing team of 4 lovely guys: Reece, Mike, Josh and Mark, who went above and beyond and looked after our belongings. I have to say this was the best and efficient move we had to date. (and we move quite a lot). Would highly recommend Kelly's Storage. Everyone is super professional, I've been dealing with Chris, and all in all a superb experience! Thank you guys!!

Nick, Josh and Moss did an amazing job- professional, quick and helpful. Thank you!

Friendly over phone service and easy to arrange. Our removal guys Adam and Tony were so helpful and took great care when loading our possessions whilst we carry out some renovation work.

Without going into personal details, Kelly's have been outstanding in their help and support through what has been an extremely stressful time in our lives. Special mention to Oliver Cose, who has always been approachable and solved any problems we came across. First rate, professional service. I'd highly recommend Kelly's. Thank you Kelly's and thank you Ollie.

Had a really good experience with Gil and Mark. They arrived very early and made our move very easy and a lot less stressful.

Kelly’s are storing our Antique furniture while we have a room decorated. Mike and Reece were lovely to work with and I found them very reassuring and efficient.

Great service from Callum & kyle. Will definitely use Kelly's again.

My husband and I visited Kelly’s Storage in Guildford earlier this month in order to review our three pods which had been in storage for some time. We wished to try to reduce our stored goods to a single pod and what could have been a stressful experience became a very positive one with the help of Mike, for whom nothing was too much trouble, and who enabled us to empty one pod completely and to arrange a second for delivery to our home. We were very grateful for his cheerful company.
Thanks also to your administration in arranging our visit so that all went smoothly. Everyone to whom I spoke was extremely helpful and efficient.

We are using Kelly Storage now for three years. Last week I wanted to check my stuff and see if I still needed everything. Daniel at the Luton location was super helpful and attentive. Without his help I couldn’t have done the check.

Generally pretty good.

Unfortunately one time they quoted a different price on the phone than was charged on my card (£400 vs £200).
Also their pricing structure for pickups/delivery is very inflexible and can be a surprise sometimes.

Update: They've given me a refund in the meantime, which brings my overall experience back to a 5/5

A brilliant service! Callum & Adam helped me to move all my belongings into storage, and were extremely helpful, positive and professional. I would highly recommend! :)

Tony and Adam were very friendly, helpful and efficient in carrying out the job. No complaints. They also didn’t mind waiting while I arrived at the flat. I would highly recommend Kelly’s storage.

I have used Kelly's Storage for 12 years. They have always been available to me at all times and have given 5 star service for all their endeavours. I happily and with no reservation recommend this company. Thank you.

Nick and Mike collected my stuff for storage and were efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service. Tony, Carl, and Adam did a brilliant job helping me move from Cambridge to London and were quick, friendly, professional, and all around a pleasure. Great communication, great service, great price - would highly recommend Kelly's Storage to anyone!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Very professional service, the guys arrived on time, packed everything really quickly and were polite, friendly and hard working. Can’t recommend them enough

Had the absolute pleasure of Tony and Adam delivering my belongings back safe and sound. They were right on time, super fast, efficient, helpful and great guys to boot. Hands down the best storage experience I've ever had.

Kellys storage easy to book, communicated well, arrived within designated time frame. Callum and Liam removed my belongings quickly amd efficiently and were lovely.
Would recommend
