Placed an order for a personalised vase which unfortunately arrived smashed, I contacted customer services and Craig sent me out a replacement free of charge for navy day delivery. He places a note on my order to be wrapped in fragile warning tape too. Customer service is excellent would order again.

Ordered a personalised frame for my sister in laws birthday. I wanted to add the photo as part of the package (for an extra fee), it turned out this wasn't added when I placed the order, may have been a website blip.

Customer Service reached out to me and the issue was resolved and the payment I owed was really easy to do.
