The plumbing engineer arrived between the specified hours quoted. He was polite, professional and immediately set about rectifying the leaking toilet seal. He had the required spare parts needed in his vehicle and did the job to my satisfaction. I would recommend KDE for any of your electrical and plumbing needs.

The electrician and "mate" turned up promptly and started work immediately. Very pleasant and knew exactly what they were doing. They had all the radiators required and worked well all day. Only the electrician arrived today and finished off the installation by lunch time. Very tidy and cleaned up as they worked. The radiators are now up and running. Delighted with the service, standard and quality of product [their choice] and price. Would certainly recommend this company, KDE Lt, in fact a friend will be contacting them in the New Year for a quote.

The Engineers came out quickly, fixed my problem and left the area clean and tidy.

The job was discussed and relevant quotations made. These were then refined following further discussion quickly and without any fuss. The work was completed very efficiently and within the expected time. The plumbers were friendly. Care was taken to lay protective sheets on the floors and to ensure that all mess was cleared up. All waste and packaging was removed. The plumbers made sure that all questions were fully answered and that I was completely satisfied with the work before they left. Highly recommended.

Excellent service Luke the hearing engineer was extremely efficient and knowledgable in assessing the problem with our heating system and solving the issues quickly and professionally.
