Recommended KC Sofas to my parents
Recommended KC Sofas to my parents, who can't leave a review. The service at the Worksop showroom was excellent. Andrea and Dean were brilliant. Really helpful. Was promised pre Christmas delivery and happy to say my parents are delighted that it arrived 4 days ago. Delivery team also excellent. Happy family, and definitely recommend these guys.

Damage to items they make YOU pay
I had to go to hospital the day of my delivery so had to find a friend to help last minute. He did not know the companies policy that if damage happens the delivery team should be told! Also they sneakily did not let him know they damaged my mirror, because the broken pieces were put on the storage heater and the mirror put back where it was.. i might add it was a very large mirror and was on the floor, so this could have easily been moved.
Of course I'm the one in the wrong and not them! Ive emailed and thats what they have said its my fault. Absolutely awful service i would avoid this company and I will never use them again

Thank you for your review - we look at all reviews whether they are 1 star or 5 star to see how we can improve. We’re sorry you feel disappointed with your experience. We do want to clarify a few points for accuracy after conducting an investigation into your review and complaint.
Prior to delivery, all our customers are provided with an emailed or printed out copy of their invoice, along with the full terms and conditions of sale. Which clearly states that on delivery, should the worst case scenario occur and damage to the property should happen this needs to be reported to the delivery team at the point of delivery. They in turn, whilst still in the property, will contact our Customer Services team who will log this issue and seek to speak to the account holder to look at providing a suitable resolution that is agreeable with the customer.
When booking in your delivery you were also verbally advised by phone call to make sure your passage ways were left clear for your delivery and sent a link for our delivery day info video.
We have to state that our delivery teams pride themselves on excellence, as can be seen amongst our 1500+ reviews and as you have written, the mirror was not attached to the wall and was on the floor and therefore clearly in the pathway of our delivery team carrying your sofa. This hazard was identified by our delivery team and then highlighted to the person in attendance and a request to move the mirror was made. This was then moved by the person attending the delivery and the mirror was put out of the way, our delivery team had no interaction with the mirror at all. Nor would they have stop mid delivery to put any pieces of broken mirror onto a storage heater due to the load they would have been carrying for health and safety reasons. We are confident after investigation that any damage to the mirror was not our delivery team.

Very happy with our purchase and the service
Excellent support in the showroom to help us choose the package we ordered. Really good price and delivery before Christmas. Kept informed all the way through. Rob ans Sam delivered in the pouring rain. Everything was covered and they were respectful of the property. Assembled well. All rubbish taken away. Very happy with our purchase.
