Although we did not buy from here Wasiq was great to organise a test drive with and gave us plenty of time to look at the vehicles and make our choice. Really felt a relaxed experience with no heavy handed sales tactics. I'd definitely go back in the future if there was the right vehicle available.

Found a car we liked for a great price and minimal mileage. Staff were friendly and maintained great communication throughout the sale. So far car has been great, no complaints and has a 12 month warranty too. Not only that they delivered to my door the next day from London to Wales! Great effort from the driver. Great experience shopping with Kayan Motors! I placed a deposit and they were able to hold the vehicle for me for a week. The whole process was smooth and I even received a call after purchase to ensure everything was okay with the car. Really great customer service from the team and Wasik and I would definitely recommend.

Stringing customers along with cars already sold to get them to come for viewings, poor sales manner and rude people
Kayan Motors Ltd have now given me back a portion of the large amount of money I paid for the Land Rover Discovery GD19EEH, I purchased from them. They have kept my deposit, stating that they were using it to cover their delivery and collection charges. I have to involve solicitor and start the process of going to court for them to agree to my right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The day they picked it up, with all its faults, it was back on Autotrader. Stay clear!!!
