Started to enjoy the site, but once again as soon as there is a snag and you contact cuatmer services, then there are major Issues. Do not read or struggle to read requests and seem to enjoy being awkward. Unfortunately closed account within a couple of weeks and will find a better site

Made an account, deposited £30 and it instantly logged me out of my account and took the money from my account. Will be getting into contact with my bank on a matter of fraud.

Wish I could put zero stars. Deposited my money and now the website dosent work. It seems to be a normal thing for people.do not use. Absolute scam even though it looks real.

Fraudulent Refused to payout claiming I won in I’ll faith!! After waiting 2 weeks I have provided banking identification further identification before I deposited it said I was verified ?? So I've selected the 'quick registration' which involves you signing up with deposit. After going through my bank and them taking my £25 payment, they failed to even create my account and it says user blocked. Essentially they have stolen my money and I now have no access to it. STAY WELL WELL CLEAR OF THIS SITE.

Whilst the withdrawals do eventually get processed they have to be the slowest to process in the industry.

Simply ignore 95% of the 1 star reviews, they're not hard to spot, poor grammar and spelling is often a massive red flag.

Joined Karamba, deposited no problem, withdrew no problem, played on sportsbook and the casino no problem. Basically as smooth an experience as you could wish to have.

The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is I've only had an account for a short time and haven't used things like live chat etc. The chances are they are well worthy of 5 stars.

The worst site I’ve ever come across. I’ve played the account for months with the odd small withdrawal here and there. Bonuses are few and far between so upon reflection I’ve no idea why I continued to play. I had finally made a decent withdrawal of £400 but unfortunately had accidentally withdrawn it to the wrong bank, I kindly requested they reissue it, after weeks of emailing I finally got a response and had to provide bank statements before they would even consider checking if the payment bounced back even though I provided numerous documents of my bank confirming the payment wasn’t receive. Finally after further time wasted I received an email stating they confirmed with their payment provider they still have the funds but now I’m being completely ignored. Going off reviews they’re obviously just thieves but I won’t be letting them get away with it.
