Mon projet pour partir à New York avec Kaplan se passe super bien jusqu’ici. Je suis accompagnée par mon conseiller Fares, qui a est génial depuis le début et que je continue de suivre.

J’ai vraiment un suivi personnalisé à chaque étape, Fares prend le temps de répondre à mes questions et de m’expliquer toutes les démarches.

Chaque fois que j’ai besoin d’informations, je suis prise en charge rapidement ce qui me rassure beaucoup !! C’est très rassurant de savoir que quelqu’un suit mon dossier avec autant d’attention.

J’ai hâte de partir maintenant haha

Je viens de m’inscrire pour une formation de 3 mois aux USA à la rentrée de septembre 2026 et j’ai eu la chance d’être accompagnée par Jonathan. Il s’est montré très disponible et rassurant, ce qui m’a naturellement confortée dans mon choix.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Kaplan Test of English. My test was marked as an invalid attempt due to secondary camera orientation and an alleged plagiarism issue, even though I followed the setup to the best of my understanding and did not cheat or copy content.
This was my first remotely proctored test, and the process was extremely confusing. I was later told that a 360-degree room scan was required, but I do not recall receiving clear prompts during the test. The camera issue also appears to be technical, yet the responsibility was placed entirely on me.
The appeals process requires a £30 fee, which is difficult for students already under financial pressure. Because of this outcome, I missed my university deadline and had to stop my education loan process.
I strongly advise future test takers to read every instruction very carefully and consider alternative English tests if deadlines are critical.

This is being a really good experience! The teachers are very engaged and lessons are fun and fully meet my expectations. The facilities are also very new. Definitively, I would recommend this school!
