I accidentally ordered 4 tickets for a Friday at a festival, fully paid, terms and conditions signed. I then realised I’d booked the wrong day, I was meant to book Saturday! I emailed Kaboodle as soon as I realised, worried I wouldn’t be able to change the booking and had wasted my money. A member of staff named Georgia replied and was understanding of my mistake, professional and kind, and amended my tickets quickly with no hassle. I really appreciate it, and gives me faith in using Kaboodle again!

Ian and Jack turned up punctually and reviewed what had to be done. They were both polite and efficient in carrying out their tasks. Well done lads.

Really good and accurate

From buying the product directly from AEG (double oven) to having the oven installed was excellent. The guys who delivered and installed the oven (Jason.W and Brook.O) were very professional, they were polite and tidy, at the end of the installation they explained how to use the controls and tested everything before departure, just wish I could say the same about all delivery companies...anyway we'll done Kaboodle keep up that standard!!°

Great prior communication. Dishwasher was installed very professionally by Jamie and Rob M, who very also polite and very friendly. Everything checked and left clean and tidy.

I would never recommend Kaboodle to anyone, the consultant got the measurements wrong twice was 40mm out on cupboards so we have a ugly 20mm gap at both ends then paid $4k for two pantries that were 160mm out on the pantry width so added a half day to redo the prep and couldn't even get the floor to ceiling measurement it was 25mm out so had to added a trim around the top. So please don't use them there not cheap and there not quality. Cheers

We had a build-in fridge/freezer replaced.
Joe and Jason arrived on time. Removed the old one, installed the new one. Very tidy, very polite, no complains at all. Very happy with the service.

A replacement dishwasher supplied from RGB through an insurance claim from Domestic and General.
RGB tell you that the dishwasher will be installed within 14days from receipt of order and that Kaboodle are the istallers who will contact me.
on the 16th of February I was sent an email from RGB saying that the dishwasher had been sent to Kaboodle and that i was to contact kaboodle.
Kaboodle said that they did not have the dishwasher and that they could not install it untill march sometime and that it would be on a thursday as that was the only day they delivered to our area.
I said that thursdays was not convenient and offered other days when I new someone would be at home.
They were very rude said thursdays was all they could do and if I did not like it, I could cancel.
This was exactly what I did and my dishwasher was bought and installed within 7 days from another company.
I would never use kaboodle again they are arogant and have no interest in the customer.

Engineer rang and text the day before to say when they would be arriving . On the day of the delivery and installation they rang 45 mins before arrival . They arrived on time , they were polite and very professional. . They removed the leaking dishwasher which is an integrated type and fitted the new one . They tidied up and took all the packaging and old dishwasher away . They called me through to the kitchen to show what they had done . One of the best companies I’ve dealt with , from booking the visit to then arriving and completing the job . A lot of other companies could learn about customer services from this company

At very short notice (Christmas Eve) the management at Kaboodle managed to get our Miele fridge delivered promptly. We noticed throughout our quick dealings with Kaboodle that their customer service was exceptional throughout.

Joe and Kim delivered my range cooker this morning and they provided some excellent service.
They were extremely polite and superbly efficient. My cooker was installed with the minimum of disruption. Overall very satisfied.

Never got the product that i payed for. They dont respond to emails. Dont use this site!

I can't believe how much useful information is available on this site, yet no one noticed it here yet :)
