As a father of 2 young children
As a father of 2 young children, I decided to make an application for a child arrangement order using solicitors. When I instructed my solicitors, they didn't care about what I had to say, had no plans or strategy, always difficult to get through to them and they eventually damaged my case. I desperately searched for another firm to help me and lucky I found Kabir Family Law. After the first phone call with Mo, I felt so much lighter. I can't express how helpful and caring Mo is, he genuinely cares about my situation and he immediately gave me a plan, unlike solicitors, Mo took into consideration that I didn't have thousands of pounds sitting in my account and he did his best to minimise cost. This company is so well organised, modern way of doing things such as uploading your files into an online drive.
All I can say is if you're lucky to have Mo you will be in good hands. He goes beyond his duties, he called on Sunday at 11 pm when I needed it and even prepared some emails for me when I didn't have the confidence.
I can proudly say now I have the confidence and I know a lot more about the process and we have built a strong case.
Any father out there who isn't sure and feels like mothers have the advantage, please do yourself a favour and speak to Mo!

Good Service and advice in a Child care hearing
I engaged Kabir law after being badly let down by another law firm based in Gosforth, who only appeared to be fee finding.
The team at Newcastle were great and highly responsive to me and my children concerns, and was like chalk and cheese to the other firm.
As such great barrister appointed for child hearing and good outcome.Team at newcastle are worth a call and chat with.
