Amazing Communication and Service

There was a hiccup with my product being back ordered. But just knowing it was not going to be here tomorrow, was a relief that I didn't get stiffed. Popular products are popular products Margaret kept me in the loop with the situation and letting me know what was on what was going on in the background.

Still have not received my package!

Still have not received my package!! Shipping time is way too long!! My dog would've starved by now. Also should not have to log in all the time to track shipping. Simplify your tracking method. Probably will not order from here again.

I got a great deal on high quality dog…

I got a great deal on high quality dog food. I was worried about finding it locally, trying my best to avoid in-person searches during the pandemic. So it was great to find it online and with a great price. So glad my dog is set for a while now.

Excellent service

Very quick shipping. Package arrived well packed and undamaged (unlike so many other packages these days). Variety of foods that you carry is excellent also. We (and our kitty) are very happy!
