Getting slower and less competitive
Same quality as usual but service getting slower. In spite of the order being placed before 12:42 on Tuesday the email informing it was dispatched was received on Thursday. Royal Mail email says they received it Friday. However, surprisingly, I received it on Saturday (even though it was the second class 48Hr tracked service (well done Royal Mail - unusual f or them). I think rising costs are effecting all businesses and Just Vitamins are becoming less competitive, so I just use them for the items I can’t get elsewhere, or they do particularly well. It’s been over a year since they’ve offered any promo codes or discounts on the things I ordered.

We're sorry your recent order took longer than expected. Following the recent Bank Holiday, we experienced a higher-than-usual backlog which unfortunately impacted dispatch times for some orders.
Having reviewed your order, it was dispatched on Thursday and collected by Royal Mail the same day. We're not entirely sure why Royal Mail's tracking subsequently showed receipt on Friday, but we'll certainly look into this with them.
We appreciate your comments regarding both service levels and pricing, and we've taken this feedback on board as we continue to improve our processes in coming months.

The JustVitamins subscribe and save is working now
(See updates below.) The JustVitamins subscribe and save is defective. I have five going and two have randomly ceased to work. They go past the date they are supposed to send me my supplement without sending it. The posted date of the next delivery just goes into negative numbers. I just discovered the second one when I found I was about to run out. The date for next delivery is given as -135 days! The products are great, if I can just get JustVitamins to send them to me.
UPDATE (28 May): JustVitamins has been in touch a number of ways and they have sent me two batches of free supplements in apology for those delayed by the Subscribe and Save glitch. Received and appreciated. However, the glitch is still active. I reset the current defective one to deliver on 24 May. It has not sent the delivery and and the counter now puts the delivery at -4 days. JV says their technical team are investigating and that they will be upgrading the S&S system in the coming months. So some progress, but no solution yet. Let's see what happens.
UPDATE (30 July): My Subscribe & Saves have updated and the two scheduled for July have now arrived. The problem is fixed. I am grateful to Just Vitamins for hearing my complaint, making it right, and fixing the problem. As I have already said, the products are excellent and I recommend them.
