Just go Motorhomes - Toddington Arvostelua

The online booking system was not very straight forward, We had to phone the support line several times. On one occasion we had to call 3 times on one issue and got different responses each time. The vehicle we hired had a speedometer in km only. Not very good for use in the UK. On collection the instructions of the vehicle was not very helpful and rushedon The centre table was faulty, if it was pushed down, you couldn't get it back up. It took 4 of your employees to get the table up. We were not offered a repair or a different vehicle. Once we realised how much this impacted on our sleeping arrangements, it was too late as our first night in the van we were in Scotland. The bathroom design was not very user friendly both the wash basin and toilet were very high in this model. The toilet was very smelly for some reason. This toilet is the same as we have in our caravan. So we know how to use, clean and maintain the unit., unlike our toilet in our caravan. I don't believe that the ad blue was checked before we took the vehicle because we drove 250 miles and the gauge had dropped to 75% and then remainder at 75% for the next 1100+ miles. I'm not sure if we will use Just Go again

Generally, a really good experience. Loved the motorhome and everyone I dealt with was very helpful.
Only "issues" that were a little frustrating (but no more than that) were firstly in trying to get on the website to upload documents-there were issues with the IT system and then secondly on being told that I would be picked up from the station in 10 minutes or so, I called 35 minutes later as had not been picked up & then got a taxi

This was our 14th hire with JustGo and we have always had magnificent experience with this company ever since they were a small company back in Flamstead. They are a much much bigger company now bought by Worldwide business THL.

This latest hire was Glastonbury again. I don't know whether the pressure of getting so many vehicles ready but there were a couple of disappointments which we hadn't experienced before. Vehicle as always fabulous. We weren't able to collect this time until before 2pm ( and not 10am as before) which was just a minor inconvenience. We had issues with main Home Door which wouldn't open from the inside and had to exit vehicle from the front to open main door from the exterior. Issues with fridge as well which tripped constantly on the gas which made it unusable at Glastonbury. That said Company were very apologetic and they were as I say minor inconveniences. We would still recommend JustGo very highly indeed.

This was my 5th rental, another Glasto, which was made easier due to the am collection. I arrived by train, to Harlington station.
Things to watch out for,
steering wheel adjustment,
make sure you are familiar with the handbrake, levelling blocks are an additional extra,
and be advised the Solar panel runs the fridge, but will be impacted by any USB devices you use.

My only issue was finding anywhere to refill the LPG gas, there is an ESSO at M1(J9) but it was out of order.

Just Go were brilliant! Friendly, efficient, spotless camper.
Highly recommended… not something I ever do lightly!

Pick-up and drop off time need to be revised.

From the moment we picked up our camper van from Just Go, we knew we were in for something special. The van was spotless, incredibly well-equipped, and surprisingly easy to drive — everything we needed for a smooth, comfortable journey.

Over the course of our trip, we traveled through multiple countries, exploring beautiful cities, breathtaking countryside, and hidden gems we would have missed without the freedom a camper van provides. Every day felt like a new adventure, waking up to different views and making memories we’ll treasure forever.

The Just Go team made everything so easy, from the booking process to explaining how the van worked. Their professionalism and genuine care gave us total peace of mind the entire time. We felt like we had our own little home on wheels, perfectly suited to both long drives and cozy evenings.

I can’t recommend Just Go highly enough — if you’re dreaming of a road trip that lets you see the world at your own pace, this is the way to do it. We’re already planning our next trip!

Been sitting in reception now for over an hour having been given a collection time of 3pm and have just been told the motorhome is not going to be ready for another half an hour. Everyone in here has been given the same story and have also been waiting over an hour. Information has been very vague. Not good enough at all when customers have made onward travel arrangements that need to be changed and/or cancelled. More staff needed.

We’ve had an amazing experience driving a deluxe motorhome from Italy back to the UK. We were given clear instructions of how to manage the motorhome on our travels and found it easy to drive and cosy and comfortable to stay in. We camped near to Florence travelled to Lake Garda, Interlaken, saw amazing places and met interesting people on our travels. Thank you so much for a superb first introduction to motor-homing. We would highly recommend the experience.

We rented a motorhome for 3 months to tour some of Europe and had a great experience with Just Go. One small negative would be that the bed was a bit hard but that could be our age! The staff are very busy but overall gave good service.

AN ABSOLUTE A1 COMPANY TO HIRE FROM

Heather, Dean, Keith and all of the team were very helpful.
The Customer service of everyone here made the hiring of our Motorhome very easy.
We would recommend them and look forward to hiring another motorhome from them.
Thanks again for all your help.

Very easy to book and as novice motorhomers we were professionally looked after throughout the whole process. Collection and drop off was very easy.

We are now converted and will be booking again.

The park brake failed after 3 weeks, we phoned the breakdown number and a fix was sorted immediately. Not only was the problem fixed in double quick time, our fuel tank was filled free of charge. Fantastic customer service. Shannon is absolutely fantastic at her job and a credit to Just Go, I have already recommended Just Go to my cousin who has booked a motorhome for 5 weeks.

Picking up the motorhome was easy and the lady was helpful and friendly.

First of all, the staff was very friendly and the whole renting process was good and clear. The car itself worked well and there were no issues at all.

However, a big part of the camping equipment was either dirty or partially defect. The box with the dishes was wet and therefore had mold in it. The camping chairs were full of sand. Especially when we were cleaning the car thoroughly in the end we found some stuff an dirt that were definitely there before us. This makes clear that very few or no cleaning of the company is done inbetween the renting.

As you threat to fine people for not cleaning the car, the least that could be expected is to receive a clean car.

The covers for the front and side windows were damaged and some of them in a state that made them unusable.

Loved the camper and the fixed bed never slept so well camping. Butt there was a nightly issue with the carbonmonoxide monitor going off even though we turned off the gas every night

First - the vehicle itself
New, clean, tidy and maintained at the highest level

Second - and no less important, the lady at the vehicle delivery site - courteous, professional, simply wonderful
Even when returning the vehicle - everything was done quickly, easily and without unnecessary delays

In conclusion - highly recommended

Your customer service on both pick-up and drop-off was excellent, as was the age and condition of the vehicle. Accommodation was very comfortable; your 4-berth layout worked very well for the two of us. The position of your TV also worked well for 2 viewers. Unfortunately, certain aspects of the vehicle fit-out were poor. Crockery & glass ware in particular, but also pots, pans & kettle, were not contained within the cupboards; they were left sliding around. The emergency kit, vehicle jack, and vehicle hoses, etc, along with our 2 suitcases when we added them, were also free to slide around in the generously sized 'garage'. Upon departing your depot, the noise from these unrestrained items was incredible! Luckily we had the vehicle for 5 weeks so were able to invest a day purchasing our own unbreakable (and quieter) plates, bowls, cups and glasses. Your stuff was packed up and stored for the duration of our trip. We also obtained plastic crates and cardboard boxes to create order (thus less noise) from the kaos in the garage. And at the end of the trip we spent time disposing of our items and returning the vehicle to 'pick-up' condition.
