Just Cuts Arvostelua 

I had my hair cut and styled by Kylie at the Batemans Bay store.
Kylie is very customer focused, has excellent communication skills and is always lovely to every single customer that she talks too.
Kylie cut my hair exactly how I had asked, and double checked a few times if i was happy with the length.
I will be going back, and will ask for Kylie as she is great.

As a retired Hairdresser I am very fussy about cuts.
I have been going to Jana at Penrith Just Cuts for as long as I can remember.
I find she gets me and understands my hair.
I always get a great cut and leave happy.
I would always recommend Jana or Lisa for a great haircut.

Worst haircut experience of my life. I asked for a little off the top and they gave me the monk trim. Honestly am in shock right now. I just promoted to CEO of Brain Brasher Clubs inc. and now, as the face of the company, I must order everyone to pull up to work with the monk haircut. NEVER GO HERE. Trust who knows what they are capable of - the monk trim is just the beginning...

I asked for mid length as my hair was long, yes they made it slightly shorter than my request but hey it happens, but I LOVED it so much. This west Asian man was doing mine, he was kind, efficient and respectful 10/10. Whereas the front counter lady was a bit more- well rude not exactly polite but other then that no complaints!

We want to give a shout out to Gemma in New Plymouths Just Cuts who did a great job at fixing up our girls fringes. Gemma is friendly, happy and understanding of a 10, 16 & 17 year olds needs. Thanks Gemma . You rock !!!

On the spur of the moment I had my hair cut at Just Cuts Newton S.A. yesterday. They've been in my local shopping centre for years, but I've never used them before. I am so glad that I took a chance. Liz did a truly fabulous job of cutting and styling my rather fine grey hair, and I came out of there feeling on top of the world and looking great. Plus the cost was very reasonable!!! Thanks Liz. I thoroughly recommend her.

I visited the Booragoon store for a trim and some layers, hair was between my shoulders. Her name was Milly and I regret ever coming in. I showed her a picture of what I would like. I indicated how much hair to cut off between 7-8 cm and she showed me what she would cut off, I agreed and what happened next was unbelievable. She's throwing parts of my hair in the air cutting away and afterwords didn't get a mirror to show me the back, glad she didn't as I would have lost it. Sitting in shock I said thank you, paid and left. Waited until I got to my car for the breakdown. Hair now sits under my shoulder and the layering is disgusting. I sent 3 emails and left a review and not one message back. Totally ignored I've now seen a real hairdresser who tells me the cut wasn't even straight and chunks were taken out ... Also three days after my review was left the person who cut my hair was left a five star review...seems they are getting friends to write reviews and they bragged how cheap their cut was ... $45 for them $65 for me DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to pay more money to fix up their stuff ups

I went to the lake haven store to get my 2 year old son a haircut. Firstly it was $30, he is 2 years old. Seriously!!! $30 for a 2 year old. Secondly they left him with razor burn on the back of his neck and lastly, they cut his finger. I thought these were qualified people? I won't be going back.

Had my hair cut at lakeside branch by billy he was very helpful & friendly he did exactly what I wanted my hair looks beautiful! Thank you:)

Appalling hair cut at highpoint Just Cuts. So called “hairdresser” didn’t take any advice on what I asked for - a trim - and talked non stop about herself. Before I knew it she had given me the most unflattering cut I’ve ever known. The sides aren’t even the same length! Just don’t go there 😩

Terrible experience at Ocean Keys on Tuesday, the 1st of July. Keep regretting that decided to visit it as it is close to my place . The lady who did the haircut probably decided that whatever she does would be fine. She also was permanently distracted by the visitors instead of concentrating on my hair. As the result my fine hair looks twice finer with inconsistent ripped ends. I make a small bun to hide this disaster and obviously will never come back again.

I just went in Just cuts peterborough to have trim, front layers Top hairdresser didn't do it like I wanted just kept cutting it without going into my face layered at front definitely not going there anymore she's very rude does not listen

I recently got my hair cut by a stylist who took it upon herself of cut my hair to her description not mine, l asked for a cut below my shoulders, no that certainly didn’t happen and my fringe was cut so short it’s really hard to style

I went to Just Cuts Glenfield mall to have a hair wash and dry. A lady named Cherry appaoched me. She was already grumpy to start with and her approach is so unfriendly. She is charging 24 dollars for a wash and dry so I said we were charged only 12 the last time by a Korean glmale stylist. She then assumed and said "she" is new so you were charged wrong. I was like my stylist was a man why are you saying she? She then said well then he was new. She then said don't be upset as I was just explaining and said that my voice was getting loud. I was like why are you even implying Im upset? I was just trying to process things.

This is poor customer service. She was the exact opposite of the other stylists in salons where it is meant to be an enjoyable experience. I can afford 24 dollars as I go to a Korean salon in Takapuna so money wasnt the issue. It is her appalling customer service. I ended up going to Newmarket justcuts and paid 34 dollars which is totally fine as they were great with the service.
I emailed Just Cuts customer service 6 days ago, no response at all. I have read in one of the reviews that they don't bother to reply so not getting my hopes up.

Went to Just Cuts Northlands yes best hair cut ever I have very long hair highly recommend Alliane did a brilliant job this lady knows her craft I'm very happy.

I’m brand new to the area of Forster and badly needed my hair cut and as Just Cuts is the only hairdressers I know of that’s close, I wandered in. I got very lucky and had the lovely Kim cut my hair for me. She did a great job for a great price and I’m very glad to have met such a friendly, happy and, most importantly, GOOD hairdresser. I will definitely be going back to Kim at Just Cuts Forster.

A schoolgirl haircut for $36. You must be joking! Outrageous!

I went to JustCuts Majura Park in Canberra for a haircut after seeing their advertised price of $45, but I had an unpleasant experience due to unexpected charges. I told the stylist the short hairstyle I wanted, and she wet my hair and began cutting. After a while, she asked if I wanted my hair blow-dried. I initially declined, but she insisted that she couldn’t cut accurately without blow-drying, so I agreed. After finishing the cut, my partner paid for the service, and later handed me the receipt. I was shocked to see the total charge was $90—$45 for the haircut and another $45 for the blow-dry. This felt deceptive, as I wasn’t informed that the blow-dry would cost the same as the haircut. I contacted the owner, who agreed to refund the extra charge, but two weeks later, I still haven’t received the refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response. I’m disappointed and feel misled by both the extra charge and the business’s failure to honour their word on the refund.
