They advertised the service for £5 per question. Told them I was in ROI. They advised me for UK. Switched me to Irish expert when I complained who gave advice that might be of use. Then tried to charge me £50 for membership without my permission. When I questioned it they spitefully put a freeze on my credit card. Perhaps I am mistaken but they claimed to have a 9.5 score on Trust Pilot. Stay away from them or it could cost you money.

This a money milking subscription scheme, do not use it! They charge 5 £ for a trial, promising your right to ask questions for 3 days just to charge you additional 44 £. The bank fraud department informed me about additional charge and that this company is already known.

Free trial £5, then they take extra £50 out of account for nothing! I had told them do NOT want to continue as found answer to my query elsewhere! Kept getting emails from solicitors 😡

You pay for the ‘legal advice’ but it’s NOT a one off charge, afterwards they withdraw £50 monthly membership from your account, not agreed.
Written to them no response. SCAM

Paid the first £5, spoke to a solicitor that was at first, good. He replied and then called us and it was only £27. However on asking another question on the same link he replied saying he’d give me an answer the next morning and never did.
Then the next day they tried to take £50 from my account, thankfully my bank (Barclays) was very good and rejected it so they didn’t get it.
When I emailed the customer service, initially they said they’d look into it. I chased it up, and now they aren’t replying. I wish I had looked at these reviews beforehand, I normally do for everything. Clearly a scam of a company. Solicitor told me they don’t actually work for just ask as such , they have other jobs but sign up to this as an extra and never have anything to do with the money side. More fool them signing up to a scam company. Absolutely disgusting and something should be done about them . They should be closed down. Maybe everyone should report as theft to the police. Or to an ombudsman.

I skeptically paid my £5.00 to ask my question and didn’t receive a useful answer. I was invited to pay a further £45 to pursue the matter but when I requested further information as to what additional information I would be given, I was stone-walled. My efforts to clarify their position just elicited repeated blanks and then back to square one ‘pay £45’.

This cycle of stone-walling and blanking left me feeling that I might be throwing good money after bad so I removed myself from the aggravation of this correspondence which was making me as anxious as the original problem.

I know people often only offer negative reviews on sites like this so my advice to you all is maybe pay the £5 to clue you in a bit but be very circumspect about being drawn in to paying more (and more?) rather than seeking out a face to face solicitor.

It’s a poor show when seeking the solution to a problem is worse than the original problem itself.

Thank you Vanessa!!!!!! You managed to reach out and REFUND the £105 you took from my account. It has been stressful and time consuming trying to claw back the money. Please AMEND your cheating ways and stop taking money from peoples’s accounts. Remember who your Maker is and the account you are going to give. ‘Repent and believe for the Kingdom of God is close at hand’. I have pursued this not so much for the money it’s THE PRINCIIPLE!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a terrible site do not use.
After paying £5 to ask a question I was then charged £43 to speak to a dodgy lawyer who couldn’t get off the phone quick enough. He spoke over me and didn’t listen or answer the question.
3 days later they took another £50 from my account and then exactly 1 month later took another £50. When I tried to contact them to ask why they wanted to charge me another £5 for the privilege. I eventually got through to their ‘customer complaints department’ who were equally as useless.
In the end I reported them to my Bank as a fraudulent withdrawal of money and the bank managed to get my money back.
This is a dreadful company do not use under any circumstances.
I wish I had never heard of them.

Solicitors, dont make me laugh, total crooks, the fee was £5.00 so they took £50 i was pissed off, but the I checked my bank account they had taken £300
£50 every month, I have cancelled my bank card and blocked them from my account.
wheres the solicitors regulator these robbers are scamming people every day.

I wrote a negative review on Trust pilot yesterday 26/01/22 about the way you are misled over the billing for their service offered by Just Answer. After my negative review I received an immediate response from Just Answer which l now realise was a standard stock response to any complaint.Their telephone number does not exist (surprise, surprise) My complaint, being charged fifty pounds for three months was due to me being in contract which l was unaware of when l used the service, this is a common complaint from other customers. No money is ever refunded for these charges and the only satisfaction l have received from writing these two negative reviews is the hope l can stop this company taking advantage of other individuals.
The service is provided is available but the membership fees are astronomical.
Make sure you don’t get caught out by this scam !!!

I've subscribe for a trial of 6 pounds which came with CARD details and purchase membership automatically after trial.
After trial expire I couldn't cancel the membership and couldn't delete my card details from account so they were keep on trying to get money out of my bank account with no notice.
Is this really happening in 2022? Well apparently YES

Stay well clear of this site. Like others I agreed to a £5 trial in January 2021 but was unhappy to then be asked for a further payment from one of their on line advisors. I was surprised to receive a text message this evening from my bank advising the they had withdrawn £35 from my account in February. At no point was it made clear that I had entered into a monthly subscription. Very disappointed that companies are able to get away with this type of behaviour.

SCAM!!! I get answer from them.And they take 5gbp and 5x1gbp for I dont know what.And some membership I was cancel.When you pay 5gbp you have membership which you extra pay.

I paid £5 for advice in April 2020, did not receive e mail telling me a trial period. Now taken £150 over 3 month period, ie 3 X £50. I am elderly and vulnerable. Beware this is a scam bordering on Fraud. This companies tactics are disgraceful. Requested full refund only had e mail saying my membership has been cancelled. Banks fraud department looking into it.

I paid for a question to be answered they have took my money and nothing don't bother scam

The initial service was good.
You are charged £5 for the initial on line consultation but then a further £43.
Which okay was fair enough
They tell you that you will get an email informing you that your membership is ending .
I did not get it and they then charged me £40.
I am awaiting their response
