Excellent customer service at Juniper. Pleasant shopping experience

Super fast delivery and always packaged well. Great service whether online or in the store.

Kind staff and nice products

Beautiful store, great to shop online where you still feel that you get a thoughtful and personal service. All the staff are consistently so nice and helpful and very gracious in their dealings. I have bought from them many times. They have beautiful stock, fast shipping and offer a super service.
They really deserve custom as they know the proper way to treat customers.

Great advice on selecting the right piece of jewellery and went above and beyond to change out the chain so it was the right length,

Lovely shop a real gem. Will return again.
The staff and service was second to none.

When I placed the order it was out of stock , you said you would email when back in , you did exactly that it came was packed well and was perfect , thank you for that , Rick

Super speedy delivery & Well packed to protect fragile item. Thank you!!!

As usual a very good experience at Juniper. I had lost an earring previously purchased from Juniper and fortunately they had one last replacement set. Before they found them they were trying to contact the maker for me.
Generally Juniper is a great place for buying special gifts. I particularly appreciate that they stock a wide range of things from British designers and makers, many of them small artisans.

I did an online order and it was dispatched quickly, unfortunately Royal Mail have lost my parcel.
Contacted the shop and they couldn't have been more helpful.
Excellent 5 star service from Juniper.
It was a favourite shop of mine when I lived in Aberdeen but only get to visit occassionally if in the area for work.
Great gifts and well laid out shop with lovely staff.
Thank you once again for your help with missing parcel.

Originally not in stock then I got my Twist and Turn earrings. I lost one of my original pair so am very pleased to get the new ones. Thank you!!

I wanted a gift for my daughter in law in the States. (She loves the shop also). I chose a necklace in silver - easy and light to post. Service was lovely and quick.

Ordering online was very easy. I was provided with good communication regarding delivery and the item was delivered, well packaged and as expected without damage
