The J4L game is to have men send letters and "video chat" with the women. The requirement to receive the woman's contact information so you can actually meet is 100 letters and 3 hours of "video chat." Even if this site was legitimate, that's a large investment of money and time. But they aren't legit. Their "video chat" is a total lie. There's no live video feed from the women. It's a pre-recorded loop of about 2 minutes. I tested this twice with 2 different women. I messaged them to hold up 2 fingers and they couldn't or refused to do it. When I called them out and angrily ended the chat, they both sent me letters with sad photos holding hand written notes saying, "I'm real. I love you." The women HAVE to know the video chat is a scam. There's no way they cannot, so they are in on it. There is NOTHING legit about this site. It's possible there are real women wanting to date, and they don't realize they're being played too, but I'd say the large majority of "women" on J4L are working for J4L to fleece the male customers. I probably spent $1000, interacted with over 100 women, had 2 women up to 100 letters and nothing came of it. The irony is I read the other bad reviews but thought I could beat them at their own game and find the real women. Nope. They won. I lost $1000. The sad reality is there's not a single dating site in existence anymore that isn't scamming the men. They are all rotting from greed and this corrupt game. The owners of J4L should all be in jail.

What made my experience great was having had the sense to look at the reviews before I leapt in. I read at least 20. Only two were positive. Maybe these two guys really did meet up physically with someone, perhaps someone who got fed up with the game and decided to meet for real, somebody rich, presumably.
More likely they were paid to write a good review. I've been on a similar site, sofiadate.com, supposedly based in Cyprus, I think.
It's much the same story. I did get some girls' email addresses. That was expensive, but fair enough if genuinely. But they all had the same @address, even though they were in different countries, allegedly. And they censor the emails if you try to put a phone number etc. The girls are dying to meet you but never email you from their genuine email address, or set up a separate private Gmail address. So it's obviously a scam.
Guys like us who've fallen for it ought to set up a WhatsApp account to pressure governments into clamping down, a licence to operate in any particular country, with monitoring.

They have fake profiles. They show that a girl thats been writing to me is in Chicago. Another site has the same girl writing to me is actually in Ukraine. She wrote me a letter on the other site stating she has never been to the States and hopes to one day. Jump4Love has her name as Elena and id is 1368381 while this same lady is listed on BrideForever as Olena with id of 752874. I tend to believe the letter from the one on BrideForever. Why lie about being in Ukraine where as Jump4Love has every reason to lie saying she's in Chicago.
Update: As you can see, Jump4Love made excuses about their website and the girls' profile in question. I say excuses because I posted my complaint about them on Dec 29, 2025 and guess what? The lady in the so called "real" profile has not written to me since I posted my original complaint. They got caught and wont admit they have posted fake profiles themselves. They stopped writing messages to me from her because they got caught. Can't wait to hear the excuse they give now if they do respond to my update, which they probably wont.

Fellow gents! Please take my word and do not engage with this "dating" site!! I have thoroughly investigated this site with personal experience, using my knowledge of Ukraine's culture, language and having dated real Ukrainians in Ukraine, 2012 - 2014. I went to this site with hopes of finding a Ukrainian bride, but after 4 months and at least 200 letters, I have fully determined this is a scam site. I complained incessantly, providing proof from letters and the scripted response each time comes from their T&C. That the "ladies" have free will to change their minds.
Allow me to be more specific:
1. The site requires you to write 15 letters. After this quota is reached, you then pay 20 credits commission and request the "ladies" personal contact information.
This is their rules from J4L.
But this is how it really goes and I repeated this pattern 8 times with the same result!
2. I wrote 15 letters. Letters of love, promises and excitement to meet, having a family, erotic words of how the 1st dates will go, tired of virtual communication, can't wait to meet offsite, blah, blah, ad nauseum.
3. And 8 times like this repeated, almost like a stopwatch, at the point of my request for contact info, I would receive the email from J4L, that the "lady" denied my request and my 20 credits were returned.
4. Complaint letters were sent and answers were the same. Sorry, we have no control over a lady changing her mind, its in the T&C. We'll played and well covered, even when I'd send copies of emails, showing the "ladies" promises of love, kisses, hugs - on the same day of my denial!!!
Don't be duped. I expected it, but had high hopes I could find that one, which defied gravity
I've determined that the "ladies" are being paid to give a girlfriend experience and at the request, likely get a bonus for hitting the bullseye with the client.
They are remarkable in how the letter is written, with human psychology, genuine interest, and peaked desire.

The Ukrainian corruption system is using the war as a way to generate income, while the war rages.
Don't fall for it. I warned J4L that I was going to write all Review sites and they didn't flinch. They must be fleeceing the male population, so if I can help some serious gentlemen, by steering you away, then good, your money won't go into corrupt pockets.
Instead, I tried Thai Cupid and within days, I was on WhatsApp, talking to live humans. But, be careful here, too. A lot of AI BS is going on. I had 400 hits in 4 days and now talking and texting everyday with a Thai lady, so at this point, doing 1000 x better than J4L.

Here I am!
I first joined this site around 3 years ago and, although I have come and gone over that time, I have definitely spent enough time and money to tell you that - in my opinion and, having spent thousands of pounds confirming this, I don't believe there are ANY genuine girls here.
Of course the site will point you to their terms and conditions which state that they pay matchmaking agencies and they have absolutely no control over their behaviour...
Unfortunately, that seems to be 100% of all the girls and agencies involved here.
If you're serious about meeting a Ukrainian girl don't waste your money on these scammers, use a serious website like Ukraine Singles - there are still a few con artists even there, but at least most of the girls there are genuine.

So i was Duped
So i was skeptical, I wasn't sure... But sure enough I'll get to the point. I probably spent 500 usd on this site... Talked to maybe 7 different girls... When i messaged them, and got a reply i did notice something was off about their typing skills. I know it seems cool, and real i know but honestly from their answers... it didn't add up. I told them i was experiencing a Financial Hardship, and i couldn't work... There reply "that doesn't matter" Honestly... it should matter... so guys don't be duped into falling for this. I did.. and i regret it... I'll never get my cash back, and it's all just a big scam.
And 2ndly i did try to ask several girls for their contact information... I did get 1 but when i tried to message them. The phone number wasn't active or working. So there goes that plan.. As for the other women i spoke to.. "oh.. my phone broke.. i can't hear you, but i can make calls" or "i'm just not ready to give the contact info" I asked the Support Team and they told me "It's not their job to make people give them contact information" So again i was duped into believing these women cared.
Honestly.. i fell for it.. and i'm ashamed to say that. But yes of all the girls and money i spent.. i'm still single, haven't met anyone. And as far as i can see.. I don't think any of these girls are truly interested. They may tell you, "i love you" or "i want you to be my man" but i dunno i don't think they're real.
And the fact that they admit to using Ai Models, and programs on their website... should be proof enough. Like i said... Pay or talk as you want but If they're Ai or artificlal intelligence it's not gonna appear infront of you. It's just a money making scam.

Maybe its the fact you see so many beautiful women but I got duped. Let me get some facts down. I signed up and thought is every Ukrainian dating site a scam and the answer is yes!! I was conversing with this one woman named Yulia, 39 years old with one son from Kiev, she goes by the name of Juli or Julia on other sites. I go into a video chat with her but of course there is no sound and on purpose of course and this is just a recorded video. I wrote her a letter explaining that this was fake and she writes a letter saying if you want a monkey go somewhere else and goodbye. I asked her to show me her eye colour up close. Of course I get another letter asking me to write her a letter. No way. I did an internet search, I know what tools to use and the search reveals she is on at least 10 other sites and to top it off she has been flagged as scammer in Germany. I am not surprised but disappointed there are so many criminals out there. I guess buyer beware. It is sad to see Ukraine has become such a corrupt country with so many scammers.

I was on j4l for about a week. The site is a total scam. The minute send your profile, a wave of hot looking women are sending you emails. Everyone of these women are models posing in extravagant looking dresses in scenic surroundings, I noticed they all look like sisters. They all have the fake tits and Botox lips going. When you look at their profiles they have professional jobs and say they have a lot of money. In a war torn country? Right! They are obviously fake computer generated profiles getting their pictures from women all over. When you mention to them that this is a scam it’s like they didn’t get the message. They don’t answer back. I was stupid in thinking the one I was talking to was real and I noticed after a while they turn up the sexual innuendo’s to get you all hot. Some even have nude pics for you, and when different profiles start telling you the same sex line word for word then you see it’s not real here. I lost a lot of money here, and I’m telling you to stay away from this site. I’ve come to the conclusion that most of these dating sites based from foreign countries, are all scammers. Any site that makes you buy credits just to talk is a scam. My advise is that most if not all dating sites are scammers nowadays so stay away. Think about it, do you think these people are trying to help you find Love? Hell no! They wanna keep you on for as long as possible!

I have been J4l for five years. I have been on many sites and have seen most of the tricks they use to suck money out of the men. J4l have passed most of the tests I came up with.
It took me 5 years to find the woman of my dreams and I am delighted with the service. Whenever I had issues, they were resolved immediately. Don't give up. These women are exceptional and if you are honest with them, the good ones shine through.
Be prepared to give it time to work and expect that many will try to scam you on ALL single sites....weigh your words and truly get to know them. Remember that men have not been trustworthy as well. Many enjoy chatting about sex and trying to get naked photos and then dump these girls.
