Worst transfer operator I have ever had
Worst transfer operator booked through this company they booked us with Eros bus transfers big mistake they had us down for a 2.20 am pick up told to be outside of this hotel at least 20 mins early we had a 5 mins walk lugging all our cases had to phone twice finally turned up at 3.20 an hour late and not even said sorry

DO NOT USE JUMBO TOURS / TRANSFERS
DO NOT USE. We paid for our transfer to and from hotel in Mallorca (Majorca). They operate Jumbo Tours. This company left my family of 4 with a 3 month old baby stranded at the hotel in Cala D'or. They would not collect us or arrange a Taxi. We ended up paying for a private Taxi costing in excess of 68 euros (lucky we had the funds !) .
Jumbo Tours refuse to reply to emails or On The Beach who continue to take your money and still deal with this cowboy outfit. NOTE, On the Beach will not issue refunds as per their terms and will not chase for the monies from Jumbo Tours/Transfers.
