Jeg bestilte en trøje i ét mærke og den skulle være lysegrå, efter tre uger modtager jeg en sort trøje i et helt andet mærke. Jeg har givet 1000 kr. for den og så er den defekt ... JEG ANBEFALDER AT INGEN BRUGER DENNE HJEMME SIDE .... og de sender ikke en returblanket - der står de sender fra USA men min pakke kom sjov nok fra china ....

Lousy and rude customer service and overpriced items with average quality
I ONLY ever purchase from this site when the discounts are 50% and 60%. their clothes are all made in the poorest part of asia and yet the pricing of these clothes are a 200% mark-up from the manufacturing costs. customer service is very poor. half the time they are 'sleeping' when typing out their email responses because they do not really see what the core issue is being addressed!

Terrible Shopping Experience
I have ordered twice from Juicy so far. For my first order, I was never notified that my item was out of stock until I emailed customer service about a week after placing my order. They apologized and offered me a 10% coupon. No thanks. During my recent shopping experience, my item was back ordered and canceled over a week later. I feel like Juicy needs to have a better inventory management system and update the status of their items accordingly. The items in both of my orders were in stock, and somehow they fell through. The only upside is customer service was prompt when responding to my emails. However, I won't shop at Juicy Couture again.

I love this company
I just received my first order from them that placed online. They are fast on shipping, and their products are good quality with good price (I brought it when sale) ! I love their services, their customer services are clear on communication and really helpful, I will buy more from them!

The order has never arrived
2. of December 2013 I ordered pants and jackets from Juicycouture.com as a christmaspresent for my daughter. The trackingnumber given for the packet stops at 19. of December. Since then I have emailed and called twice from Denmark.
The answer is we will get back to you ! I haven't heard anything till now. My patience is now gone, and I'm going to write to my bank to get my money back ! I can't recommend this site.
