JT Hughes appears to be a professionally run company selling Hyundai (amongst others at other showrooms) and looking after the customer and purchased vehicle in the same manner. Staff do what they say they are going to do, making interactions with them clear, if and when they arise. So far, I have had no difficulties - a demonstration of brand quality which I think JT Hughes will match, if problems do arise at any time. So far, I am happy both with JT Hughes and the Hyundai brand I drive

I have just bought my another Hyundai from JT Hughes in Shrewsbury, because I know from previous that they are a very fair company to deal with For example, having got my latest car home, i discovered some previously unseen bodywork damage. When I returned to the garage to point this out, they immediately said they'd do what was necessary to correct it. We took delivery of our 2023 Hybrid Honda HRV on the 1st March this year and are very pleased with the cars quality and it's huge range of tech. capabilities.

We chose to buy another Honda as a second vehicle as we already run a Honda CRV which we have had from New since 2005, this has been very reliable and never let us down.

We must compliment J.T. Hughes of Shrewsbury and in particular Dan Collison the sales guy for helping us decide which was the best vehicle for our needs and his particular knowledge regarding the New Honda HRV vehicle.

From the moment we placed the order Dan has kept us up to date at every step of the way with courtesy calls up to delivery and more recently to see how we are getting on with the vehicle.
