I was assisted by Ishant Rana, one of their agents and gave me a very good itinerary at cheaper rates.

If you think about your international trip think about journey cook, you would definitely love it

Navneeth assisted me and he is good and has lot of knowledge about his area of work. Didnot get a great deal but overall its good service.

I sincerely appreciate Mr. Bagga for his valuable service & time for getting me a great deal with my specified conditions. I am very much satisfied with their service.

Ishant Rana
This is my first experience with travel company and I really like the way Mr. Ishant helped me. Even though I am a little confused he was very patient with me and worked with me for 3 days to get me a good deal. I am very happy with this service. Thank you Ishant.

They considered my dates and choices as if I am a family member of theirs trying to book the ticket and kept on suggesting better option.

Abhijeeth assisted me, got a good deal. Appreciate your work and patience throughout the deal. Keep it up.

Very patience and good work:

He provided me with the best deal and even after a small miscommunication between us. He patiently gave me an good deal on the ticket, i really appreciate that and he was very helpul and hardworking

I was quoted a price and at the last minute the price was jacked up saying that this was due to sudden shortage in inventory, even though i was assured that the reservation was on hold.

I was led to believe that the price offered to me was all inclusive, but after credit card authorization, I was told that I would have to pay for checked baggage fees for each traveler for each way which would add an additional $300-$400 to my cost.

Also, noticed that they charged $800 in service agent fees which is exorbitant.

I have bought a lot of tickets over the years and never had issues with anyone else before this. Please take my experience as a word of caution.

Thanks

Abhijeet Singh from Journey cook called me to help me to reserve a ticket to India.
He was professional in his approach, helpful and was very quick in understanding the needs of mine.Extremely positive and followed up every step gave me the best possible solution for my need.
My experience was great and I will recommend him for anyone who needs help in their travel needs...Great Job Abhijeet Appreciate all help.

I loved how they explained everything specifically. Mr. Rakesh Verma was the person that I talked to and he did not show any boredom towards any of my questions. He was also good at planning my trip.Thank you for assisting me Mr. Verma. I had a great experience with Journey Cook. I will surley book my tickets ,in the futuer, by using this travel agency. I will also suggest this to my Family& Friends! (: (: (:

I was in lookout for a good fare to India, that’s when I came across “Journeycook”. I was a bit apprehensive in the beginning as I never heard about them before. I am glad that I trusted my instincts and went ahead to plan my trip with them. Neeraj Chauhan, one of their representatives was very supporting, courteous throughout the whole time. After patiently listening to all the details, he not only got me the best fares, but the best travel route. Thank you Neeraj, for making the process of booking tickets a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend your name to my friends.

excellent service provided by Vikas Thakur . he was very helpful and also we found him very knowledgeable in the travel assistance matters as he was able to answer all our questions. Vikas really made a difference in his customer service skills which helped us to decide and buy the tickets from journeycook.

Best regards
William..

I booked 2 tickets from Journeycook - and they gave me the best ticket deal to me when compared with other agencies.

Varinder did the great job in finding the best deal for me based on my travel date. It was nice working with him. I ended up in calling him "Ek Number Praji" :)
Later, Rakesh reviewed the tickets - name /visa details as another layer of verification; just to make sure everything is good. I am really satisfied with the service and would recommend Journeycook to others. Also, I will use their service in future as well.

It was very nice experience of booking tickets through them. Travel agent Abhijeet Singh was very good in getting deals and follow up.
Would go again to book through them.

Travel agent Neeraj Chauhan was prompt in getting good quotes for different airlines and following up regularly and helped to find good deal. I mentioned about one low cost online deal, and he gave me even better price lower than the online one. I would definitely recommend and would come back for our next international trip.

I liked the services and gave me good deal....appreciate their quick responses...

Service was very prompt... Travel Agent Ishant Rana was very quick in response and followups...But they offered almost same price as website..they definitely can do better there. Apart from that everything else was great.

Vikas Thakur from Journey cook is an amazing agent, understands my needs carefully and booked the tickets that meet the need exactly, the flight time, layovers and price all were perfect. Would recommend journey cook to everyone.....

I booked my flight to India through them and it was one of the best experience I had with them. They provided a great deal and I booked my tickets immediately. Abhijeet was very professional in listening my requirements and in providing various options. I will definitely recommend them.
