Paul Jordan has now helped me secure favourable mortgages on two properties and has always been amazingly efficient (in particular, responding to emails very quickly) and has provided excellent advice. Most of all, I have been grateful for how friendly and calm he has been throughout the process, even when working under pressure. Very helpful mortgage and insurance brokers. Shaun and Joel were very helpful with arranging a first time mortgage, even though my self-employment made things more complicated. They responded quickly and more than once were able to move us on to better deals without charging again after we had our offer accepted.
