I was referred to Rebecca and she was brilliant. Responsive, answered all my questions (even when she was about to go on holiday) and made sure her colleagues Shaun and Gus were able to help when she was away (both were also very helpful). Everyone was really professional. I had a couple of failed attempts at buying a property so Rebecca had to do a bit of work each time I made an offer to rework the numbers etc but she did it all really quickly so I knew what the monthly payments would be. I’m delighted to have had an offer for a property accepted so all Rebecca’s hard work is at an end. Even after I received the mortgage offer when rates reduced Rebecca got me a better deal. I was in the inconvenient position of changing careers, being newly self employed and having only one year tax return that did not reflect what my second year return would be and thought I had no chance. I tried several 'independent' brokers and none were any more helpful than regular ones. I then heard about Jordan Lynch; I contacted them and they allocated me to Becky to speak with. What a breath of fresh air! Her response was a cheery, relaxed and extremely positive "not a problem at all". I have never applied alone for a mortgage until now and did not know or understand a lot of things but Becky explained everything and never once made me feel like I was silly or inconvenient, in fact she made me feel like I was her only client and the most important consideration on her desk, her calm and confident attitude helped me immensely throughout the process. Not only did Becky get me a mortgage with what appeared to be ridiculous ease compared with other brokers, when a problem was raised on the survey, she had the mortgage switched to an alternative property with barely a pause.

I cannot recommend Becky enough and, despite my not expecting to be in the situation of requiring assistance for a re-mortgage in the future, if I have the money to spare I would hire Becky to deal with it all for me without a moment's hesitation, in fact I would happily hire her to deal with all my financial issues if I could, she is absolutely worth her weight in gold! I thought I would not be able to have a home of my own again for a very long time or possibly at all and thanks to Becky, I may now be able to!
