Was being patient with my order because…
Was being patient with my order because of the Canadian postal strike. Well when that ended found that my address was incorrectly entered so package was sent back to sender. Customer service did eventually respond to my emails requesting that the package be resent with an updated address. I was ensured that it would happen. Been over a month now (since last contact with customer service, 3 since my order) and i have no contact with the company or representative or tracking number. Will never use them again. I'd recommend BBrand or ClosetInc

I was sold retro Jordan…knock offs
I was sold retro Jordan 3s,red,reimagined and cement. All knock off,prints were way too thick and terrible looking. They would not refund my money and they didn't send me any return tickets. And ignoring me for over a couple months now,I've filed a protest claim with my bank and they are giving my bank a hard time. I have pictures and receipts and still no refund or return tickets.

Definitely the worst scam shoe place I’ve ever gotten shoes from. It’s one thing to have fake shoes but then it’s another two give me a pair of Jordans in the jump. Man is on the wrong side. There’s no way I can wear these in public and you can generally tell that they are fake Especially when you compare them to the original OG if you look at the picture jump man it’s facing the exact same way on both shoes.

I have tried unsubscribing from their mailing list over 15 times and they refuse to take me off the list. I’m also about 80% sure that the Jordans that I received are fakes. Stay away from this company.

False Advertising & Inaccurate Shipping Information
I recently ordered from Jordan's Fanatics and encountered several issues. Firstly, the advertising was misleading. The product description did not accurately reflect the actual item.
Secondly, the shipping information was completely wrong. I was told the item was shipping from Canada, but it actually originated from Hong Kong. This significantly impacted the delivery time and potentially increased.

Just got my Jordan 4s. Reek of glue and chemicals. Horrible customer service. Was never sent a verification photo, had to ask for my tracking number.
I knew I was in trouble when the tracking number said my order was shipping out of the middle of China.
Now the website is down and hasn’t worked for over a week.

I ordered their Evelyn coat which is…
I ordered their Evelyn coat which is advertised as a windbreaker/ winter jacket. It is anything but that. This “coat” is made of sweatshirt material, not insulated and definitely not weatherproof for anything but sunshine. Complete scam. And if you want to return it, they try to guilt trip you by saying it’s better for the environment to keep it. Like seriously??? And you have to pay to send it back. Unreal!

Buyer Beware - Awful Customer Support and Shipping
Buyer Beware! Something is not right with this "Canadian" business. It has been almost 3 weeks since I ordered a pair of shoes from this site that I was told would arrive in 8-10 days. I have received nothing but short and misleading answers from their "customer support" when inquiring about the details and they have yet to answer any of my questions with a direct answer. Also, there is no answer or option to leave a message when you call the number (which appears to be a number in North Carolina vs Quebec).
I have been sent two different tracking links for the shipment that have conflicting dates and locations of where the shipment actually is . One Canada Post link says it's "arrived" in Canada, while the tracking link they provided says it's in Newark, NJ. The shipment "appears" to go from Quebec to Newark, NJ (USA) which is very confusing since the final destination is a Canadian location. I am pretty sure this site is a total scam and just really hope that I am wrong.

15 days still no shoes, tracking shows they are in Newark, USA which is weird considering they claim they are coming from Montreal, Canada and the tracking showed the origin being in Quebec. There is no need for the shoes to ship to Vancouver via USA if they originated from Canada. I thought I was ordering legit Jordan’s from a Quebec based company but it is obvious that I've been scammed. For the price I paid, I assumed they were an official Nike product. I would advise anyone looking at ordering to go straight to the Nike website and order official licensed products and cut out this Bush-League company.

STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS FRAUD. They are based out off Canada. The sneaker look authentic, but don't thunk they are. There is no real customer service. Can't exchange or return even though they have a 30 day policy. Needed a size exchange for my 13yr old and they emailed me back (automated) saying that is not a reason and to gift these 200.00 sneakers. After reading more reviews like this... seems like others have the same issue. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. the rest of the reviews may be fake or paid for.

I received the wrong pair of shoes
I received the wrong pair of shoes. I ordered a pair of Jordan IV's in white/cement color, but received them in white/blue. I contacted customer service via email and got a response saying they would give me a 30% refund and to just keep the wrong pair. I asked if they would be shipping the correct pair, and got the same response as the first email. That told me it is just an automated response. I followed up with another email a week later as I had not received my 30% refund. I received another brief email that appears automated as well. I also tried calling the number on their website and it isn't a valid number. I'm willing to bet I will never receive the correct pair of shoes or my 30% refund.
**Update. After posting this review, jordan fanatics reached out to me and said they were going to send me the correct pair of shoes. They also asked if I would consider removing this negative review in return. I did receive the correct pair of shoes shortly there after. I still did not receive my 30% refund. I am happy that they finally got me the correct shoes, but it shouldn't have taken me writing a negative review for them to do the right thing. Sticking with the 1 star.
