IF ZERO STARS were available.. This company AND the shoes are fake. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes, and immediately decided to investigate the company, and the products. " we guarantee they are authentic" I get in an email. Today, I received ONE of the 6 pairs I ordered. and they could not be more FAKE. call the phone number, Disconnected. despite the fact that they are fake, THE ONLY SHIPPED ONE OF 6 shoes. Scan the too small box, and the UPC code does not come up. ALSO, on Authentic Nikes the UPC code will be the same on the box, and on the shoe label inside. These are not. I’m new to the sneaker game so I can’t tell the difference from a real to a rep online. I messaged customer service asking if their shoes are authentic they replied with yes all shoes are authentic……. And they definitely aren’t the real deal. They look good but they ain’t real….. My package took 21 days to arrive couldn’t track my package at all. I’m trying to return my shoes now. No one is replying back to my emails. Will not be ordering from this place again.

Fake Nikes, Fake return address for returns, thieves and liars...otherwise they are great.
I am writing to formally report and warn about the sale of counterfeit Nike sneakers by the website
JordanFanatics.com and their attempts to further defraud people by misdirecting them on returns.
I recently purchased a pair of Air Jordan "Flu Game" shoes from this Jordanfanatics.com, only to discover upon receipt that they were not authentic.
Prior to receiving the order, I conducted additional research and noticed several warning signs indicating that the site may be selling counterfeit products. However, my attempts to contact the seller for clarification were met with no response. When I requested to cancel my order, I was informed that it had already shipped.
Upon receiving the shoes, I immediately took them to a local sneaker dealer specializing in vintage Nikes for verification. They quickly identified the sneakers as inauthentic by comparing them to a verified pair of the same model. Key discrepancies included significant differences in weight, variations in color, and noticeable discrepancies in material quality.
In response to my complaint, the seller provided a certificate that purportedly verifies authenticity; however, the document contains no specific reference to the pair they sold me.
Additionally, in email correspondence, the company effectively admitted to selling a counterfeit Nike product to me, stating, “I sincerely apologize that the solutions we provided did not meet your approval. After carefully reviewing your case, I understand that our mistake led to your complaint.” My complaint was that the sneakers were counterfeit—an issue they acknowledged.
Although they initially agreed to issue a refund (IF I paid for shipping-imagine that, they knowingly defrauded me and want ME to pay for shipping) , they provided a return address linked to a different business—One of a Kind (OAK) in Quebec, Canada. Independent verification confirms OAK is unaffiliated with JordanFanatics.com, indicating an intentional effort to misdirect me and avoid issuing a refund. I also have an IM conversation with OAK representatives who confirmed
JordanFanatics.com is a fraudulent website using their address to perpetrate scams. Here is that IM dialogue with OAK. YOU the reader can look up OAK and ask them directly if they are affiliated with Jordanfanatics.com, they will tell you emphatically NO! -

If you just look at the web site closely its actually filled with red flags including the terrible AI testimony on the if you look where it states at the bottom of the homepage where it states "Abuot" (misspelling, red flag there) and a link under that "About us" (they spelled it right the 2nd time).
Its a bad joke and in hindsight I feel really foolish for falling for this. But hopefully you will take this to heart, check out my sources and make a better judgement than I did. They are liars and thieves and you WILL NOT get your money back from them, you will have to go through your bank and pursue them that way.

Without receiving the product back, we are unable to complete the refund process, which is a standard and fair practice in retail.

I was a skeptic at first especially with some of the bad reviews but I got my Jordan 4 rare airs and they are absolutely authentic the packaging was impressive had all the extras. Only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star is because of the shipping process. I don't know why but they send you a FedEx tracking number that just says label created for about a week then send you Canada post updates stating it's coming into the US then after a week the FedEx says they have package and it's from somewhere in Asia. Hong Kong Korea TW Japan which is alright I mean most the shoes come from over there anyway but it's just confusing and you gotta be patient. If they fixed that it'd be 5 star easily!! I am still going to be loyal customer cuz I've gotten 3 pairs from them now and all our legit with fantastic price so it's worth the wait!!! Hope this helps! Love JORDANFANATICS!!!!

I agreed but now I'm being ignored and they never emailed me the invoice. So at this point I just want to ship the shoes back and get my money.

As a middle-aged 'sneaker-head', I have owned hundreds of pairs of classic shoes of various brands, but none cherished more than my Jordan's. I had a 38 box collection of new - 3 through 14's before I left NYC for good. 9/11 happened. There went the bulk of my work. 10/17 happened, and my crib was robbed. Thousand of dollars worth of original Air Jordan's collected from 1988 to 1999/2000. All of the best shoes... actually worn by MJ in battle! Over 25 Million $$$ if I had them today.
Thanks to Jordan Fanatics, I have rebuilt a significant collection re-released versions based on the originals I once owned, and it brings back great memories of my youth. Being FRESH everyday in top-FLIGHT - Premium Jordan gear from head to toe. The women. The good times.

Jordanfanatics beware pleeese do not attempt to buy anything from this site they lie over and over again and insist they have shipped your package when indeed they only got a shipping label however it never goes to transit they have no live customer service agents and repeatedly send you and answer your email with automated services. I have been waiting on 2 orders for over 2 weeks and still have nothing and have paid over $300. They are flat out scammers and some customers even insists their sneakers are replicas. They send you bogus fedex tracking numbers and tell you your order will ship in 24 - 72 hours but never happens then they say the sneakers are being shipped from
Canada when in fact the label is created in Hong Kong. I am so frustrated and hope this saves someone the headache, frustration, and financial loss!!!
