Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. I have an existing trizepatide prescription and was looking for more budget friendly ways to access my compounded medication. The onboarding for this app was lightning speed but hit a major stall. My prescription now says “Pharmacy Delay” with no updates. No one returns Help Support tickets or answers the phone number. The sales team member that onboarded me isn’t even replying.
Come to find out a lawsuit was charged against them last week and I’m out the money I paid for the 3-month bundle. Pretty sure it’s a scam at this point.

Great product compassionate company:)
Besides the fact that Semaglutide is not just a weight loss injection, but a multifaceted cure for other issues I deal with in my life. Beyond that, the company is so caring and consistently communicates with you no matter what. I needed to pause briefly, and no questions were asked. I resumed shortly after, and again, no questions asked. Except how I am doing. Great company!!!

Delilah’s customer service has been a great experience so far. I like that it is one on one and the person I reach out to was very helpful and responsive to my text on any concerns or issue I have. I am just now starting my second week being on it so I haven’t lost any weight yet so I’m hoping this month I will lose some weight so I helps me to get motivated to keep on with it. We shall see. So far it has been a very simple process
So far it has been a very simple, none complicated process. Delilah's communication has been excellent with any necessary updates.
My first dose was 4/16/25 weighing in at 311.6lbs.
Today 4/23/25 I took my second dose of Semaglutide weighing in at 309.2lbs. So far I'm very pleased.

Fella/Delilah???
I signed up through Fella and ended up with Delilah. I was getting messages from both companies, one saying I needed to go back and reenter my profile and the other saying I was all set. This went on a couple days, I reentered my information, and Delilah still sent me a tracking number. I really have no idea what is going on or if I'm signed up correctly.

Easy sign up and web navigation
My husband and I found the add through a google ad, went to their website and it walked us through the questionnaire easily and quickly to find out if we would be a good fit for program and then sign up. Within 48 hours our shipment was on our way. The only negative thing I would say is that there is different websites for men and women so you have to order separately.
