Calibrate is the best thing that has happened in my life. I can truly say I have more confidence in myself. I feel empowered. Calibrate has given me discipline when it comes to my mind, my choices of different types of foods and beverages. It made me feel alive again. Thank you Calibrate team, for your guidance. Thanks to my coach she is the best.

Calibrate is a great program. Incredible support from coach Karen, doctors and syllabus content is very informative and educational. I’ve been having great success with obtaining my goals and helping with my insulin resistance.

Calibrate has been a real game changer for me for weight loss and overall health improvement. My coach Jai is awesome. He really listens and helps form plans that work for me. The support staff has been very helpful in getting my questions answered. I am very satisfied.

Before Calibrate, I simply couldn't lose weight. I averaged around 243 lbs. I may get down to 238, but the next week I would be up to 248 lbs. It was depressing. Even with dieting and exercise, nothing seemed to work.

So near the beginning of December, I started the process with Calibrate. I did my first coaching session with Jai. He told me what to expect, and together, we created goals. I also began listening to the lessons in their audio format. I followed their suggestions by drinking more water, getting rid of high processed foods, and being more mindful regarding my health.

On January 13, I took my first GLP-1 injection. Again, my meetings with Jai provided me with motivation and helped me create goals. His presence reminded me that this is a process. There's no instant results. But that he was there to help me work towards those results.

Fast forward to today, I'm weighing in at 194 lbs. What seemed so frustrating and impossible before, now is absolutely achievable. I haven't reached my goal weight yet, but it definitely feels within arm's reach. But during this entire process, I have felt myself becoming more healthier, more energetic, and more positive. This wouldn't have been possible without Jai. His positivity helps motivate and inspire me.

Now that I'm 50 lbs lighter, I'm even more ready to run the home stretch. There's nothing more rewarding than knowing that goals are achievable. Sometimes you just may need a little help to get there. Thanks. Jai!

I really enjoy the progress I have made over the past year. Coach Jai is really great as well. His positive attitude helps motivate me and obtain my goals. You can tell he actually cares about those he’s helping and it shows in the progress I’m making.

My coach Shannon is the best. She is knowledgeable about the program. She helpful in answering questions and provided suggestions of foods that are good for me to eat or try. She has a general concern on my success within the program. One thing that I think could improve is the support chat. I’m sure that thousand of messages come through but sometimes the delay in responding tends to be long.

I love the accountability that I have to have with each session. I love that the coaches are firm, honest and fair. They encourage you to be the best that you can, but have realistic expectations also.

The sheer overwhelmingness of even thinking about healthier living was shutting me down. I'd always gone it alone, but couldn't stay on task.

The solution, it turns out, was not to go it alone, and not to rely on diet alone!

Calibrate's diet guidelines explained clearly what to bring home from the grocery store and what to leave behind. It's not a wild regimen -- it's common sense eating that *makes sense*. The cravings faded.

Next, they layered on a GLP-1. I started walking through the dessert aisle without even being tempted. Before, I couldn't leave the grocery store without picking up a treat! It's freeing to be able to say " no thank you" to a piece of cake.

What helps me keep on track is the human side. My check-ins with my Calibrate coach give me a space to share my concerns and trials and get positive guidance on what I can try to find what works for me.

This is everything a fad diet isn't: dietary science, medical *and* emotional support. If you're tired of trying, give Calibrate a shot!

Calibrate is the best option in my opinion for help with weight loss. The support received by my coach was wonderful and she was very helpful. I have been very successful and owe my success to this all encompassing program. After one year on the Calibrate program, I have lost 23% of my body weight. I will continue to refer people to Calibrate.

I’ve been using Calibrate for about three months now, and it’s honestly one of the best programs I’ve tried. I was skeptical at first…I’ve tried diets, tracking apps, gym memberships….but Calibrate has been different for me.

It’s structured but not overwhelming and you’re not expected to overhaul your life overnight. Between the small, manageable goals every other week and the coaching (Lauren is the absolute BEST!) I’m feeling the best I have in years! Both physically and mentally.
I highly recommend and have been telling all my family and friends about it!
