Words cannot explain the quality of service I received from MotorChoice and the staff. One member of staff Lee was nothing short of incredible. Anything questions or queries about the car he was always on hand to provide me with answers. Will definitely be back for my next car.

Huge thank you to Lee at the Perth branch. Picked up my new car today and I’m delighted. The showroom has such a relaxed atmosphere. It was the easiest, most seamless car buying experience I’ve ever had by miles. Lee was so friendly, fair and genuine from start to finish. I will absolutely be a returning customer in the future and highly recommend Motorchoice for car buying and trading in.

(Writing this review on behalf of my elderly grandparents who on of them is disabled) I has up in Perth on holiday. Had a terrible experience after taking my Range Rover with a blocked Particular filter. They told me it would take two months before they could look at it and most unhelpful !! Very disappointed with the experience.

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Bought a Discovery Sport from them back in October from the salesman Malcom Bell. Malcolm is by far the worst salesman I've ever came across.

Car apparently went in for a service a couple of days before collection with them replacing a CO2 sensor, according to Malcolm. Turns out it was a complete lie, no service had been done.

Finally got a service *done* 3 months after collection. Only after putting a complaint into there head office. The branch put it down to a "human error". Lies to get a sale sounds like the genuine reason. I have still received no paperwork to say this service has been done, no record of the service taking place on my online service history either. I'm still waiting on that phone call I was promised 2-3 weeks ago for an update, now would be good?

Collected the car with 1 key as I had to wait for my v5 for the part ex coming through. After they received the v5 for the part ex it took them 6 weeks to send me the second key, was only because it was in the complaint to head office that I actually got it.

Was told the tow bar would be off the car on collection. On collection it turned out they didn't have the key for it and would have to order a new one. It's now mid Febuary and I have not received this tow bar key!! Phone call with Malcolm in January and he was asking for the serial number of the tow bar, clearly wasn't even ordered!

Avoid this garage at all costs. But if you have to, make sure you get a different salesman. Malcolm will ignore all emails/phone calls after collection.

I would say the pre-sale with this branch was good but it was only because of the constant lies it seemed good.

Be careful!

excellent service throughout the process of trading in my existing car and purchase a new car.

I wouldn't recommend to anybody if I could I would not even give them 1 star. After leaving the dealership multiple faults appeared on the dash regarding the ad blue sensor and the engine management light. After having the vehicle for a month it had spent more time at BMW then being on my driveway. So far the repairs have come up to £4000.00 due to the garage not preparing the vehicle properly before selling it. Don't deal with Malcolm, he will just ignore your emails and not pass your messages on to the sales manager if you have any problems after collecting the vehicle. I am currently in dispute with them over being out of pocket for the repair bills that I have picked up. I've worked in the motor industry for many years and never experienced or witnessed service like this.

I recently bought a car from the Perth dealership and the service I received was fantastic. I travelled from Glasgow to Perth to buy the car and the sales team were accommodating to that in the meeting times and on the day of getting my new car the salesman swapped their night off so I could get the car sooner rather than 3 days later when I was next free. The dealership was professional and was able to do everything I asked for including fixing a small dent on the car and some superficial body work before I bought it. Would be happy to use this garage again when buying a new car in the future.
