JMC Automotive Equipment Arvostelua 

I was told upon purchase that I would get my lift within 4 business days. It took almost 3 weeks, then I had to go pick it up myself in another state as I got tired of hearing that it would be arriving tomorrow, when I kept contacting JMC about this they blamed it on manufacturer then shipping co.but I found out that they didn't even order it until 7days after I originally purchased it then all they could say they were sorry and that they would give me a 5%discount on a future order, REALLY!!!

we bought a Danmar lift from a local distributor thinking we were smart to buy locally. Everyone was nice and very helpful while we were making our buying decision. Unfortunately, when the product came with defective pistons, the distributor says they can't help with installer mistakes since it wasn't their installer who assembled it, and the manufacturer basically said they don't believe us. Talk about an unhappy customer. We are trying to be optimistic, and hope this will be resolved so that we have a unit that works properly and is problem free.

I would recommend JMC, was little worried at first because I had never done business with them. However, all went well. Shipment on time, and good communication with JMC salesman Will Nazario. He gave me good prices and discounts, couldn't have ask for better services. Thank you

I purchased a Car rotator from them. Right after I bought online a rep from customer service called to assist in the order.i had forgot problems having this item shipped to my home. They helped me make sure the order arrived without any problems.The order was delayed a couple of days due to bad weather on the east coast and they promptly let me know. The item shipped and they checked that when it arrived that all went well. The item was exactly what I wanted, arrived without any headaches at a price my local equipment seller wouldn't touch.

The company gives you a run around about when shipping will be sent out one person says one thing and the other person say another thing kinda like good guy bad guy and the manger she is very rude with explaining things to you. I will never order from this company again!!!!!

I got exactly what I wanted and even got a nice phone call to verify.

jmc automotive equipment cannot provide shipping tracking number is a big disappointment especially for business owner due to cannot schedule work ahead to make money because you do not know when the equipment you bought is coming.

I wouldnt purchase from your again.Trying to figure out your tracking info

I have bought 3 items from JMC and have been pleased with the service and time of delivery!!! I will continue to use JMC for future purchases. Laura Zapata is very helpful and responds fast to any questions and needs from customers!!
