JMAC was extremely helpful when we were in a tight squeeze needing parts.I called for three requests and spoke to Lucas. He helped me figure out alternatives for a discontinued product, rushed an order for me and verify part numbers for a compatible solution. JMAC processed my order expeditiously…

JMAC processed my order expeditiously which was unreal given this is the holiday season. My package arrived next day and I even had a customer service contact in regards to something I had asked about. TJ handled my order and was excellent. Will purchase from again.

Easy and quick ordering

Easy and quick ordering. I've already received the part in only 2 days. From upstate NY to S.C. I ordered on Monday at 4:30. The part was at my office Wednesday. Exactly as described. Good job. Definitely will use again.
