I had a very uncomfortable experience…
I had a very uncomfortable experience at the James J. Fox shop ( St James’s.)The staff member I spoke to came across as very arrogant and judgmental and made me feel uncomfortable, particularly in front of other customers. I felt embarrassed and unwelcome rather than treated with respect.
I appreciate that staff may have different ways of dealing with customers, but the way I was spoken to left a very negative impression.
Because of this poor level of service, I will no longer shop at James J. Fox.

“Service” without a smile
I have always bought all my cigars from your shop. Today was an all time low in customer service. Cigars thrown in a bag, a cash amount barked at me in abrupt terms, and a card machine spun in my general direction. No customary smile, gentle discussion, offer of matches etc. I voiced my concern quietly to another member of staff immediately, and left, but it was wholly wholly unacceptable. I asked myself, why not shop on-line instead if the face to face experience is so appalling? A bad day at the office for whoever it was on your side.
