Jimmy John's Arvostelua 

Ordered the chicken jalapeño ranch wrap and they bring me everything on it I had requested but it was missing one thing chicken (no chicken in the wrap at all) order from them most of the time while working and it has been horrible experience the last 3 times. I keep saying it was a mistake, and things happen but the 3rd time is a charm.they can see on the app how much I have ordered from them, just saying never again!!! Thanks JJ for nothing.

I used to order from our Scottsbluff, NE store at least once every other week. Love their sandwiches but the service has gotten so bad I will not order delivery from there ever again. Took 2 hours for my sandwich to arrive even though they marked it as delivered after about 45 minutes. Took 3 calls to get through and their big fix for losing my order was we will make a fresh sandwich. We even tried using door dash to alleviate delivery issues but the jimmy johns employees still bring the order and all it does is cost more for the same horrible service.

Jimmy Johns in Amery WI on 4/11/2024 @ 1pm, has the worst delivery man ever, very rude, disrespectful. demanding tips. Telling the costumer better leave a tip next time you order. Maybe this delivery man needs to learn customer service, education. You won't get a tip if you are rude and nasty.

Good consistent fresh food. A favorite. Always good employees who appear well trained and interested in what they are doing.

One improvement would be to wipe the tables down a little quicker when customers leave. This is an ongoing concern, but minor, as we always return.

My sandwich took 40 minutes to get to my home, I chose for the delivery man to leave it at the door and even gave written instructions to not knock. The delivery man knocked very loudly over and over and woke up people in my home who need rest because they are sick. They didn’t cut the bread in half which I requested, they didn’t have all the ingredients I asked for on my sandwich. This is far from the only time they’ve messed up multiple things in my order. This is not freaky fast delivery and hasn’t been for years. It’s sad that I won’t be ordering from my favorite sandwich place anymore because of their service and delivery issues. This is the Jimmy John’s in Orlando Florida, 3164 E Colonial Dr.

I have never eaten here but my fiance enjoys it. I called to place a delivery and got David who was so rude, non chalant, and no manners. When addressed gently he ignored, because a brute man hates correction. Then someone possibly him delivered the food and text my phone saying I am outside. They never took the food inside nor tried to make sure it got delivered properly. My fiance had to call while in the middle of work to try and find his order which could have been easily delivered correctly. There are so many places to spend money why would anyone want to be disrespected or irritated with someone who chose to work there. Respect and kindness goes a long way. If you don't like customer service or where you work go somewhere else and stop playing with and around peoples food. If I could give 0 I would and I will never spend my money there again.v this is the jimmy johns on victory park so it is clear.

They are always late and never on time. you literally wait for an hour and a half to two hours for a sandwich and they are literally 6 minutes away. I literally love love Jimmy Johns. But I will never ever order from this location again. And no matter how nice, sweet and professional i was on the phone checking on my order, the guy did not have compassion and literally hung up in my face. 3/11/2024 @ 2:02 pm

Meat was cut so thin that when I laid it on the inside of the wrapper, I could still read the “jj” logo through the paper and through the meat. I didn’t know you could slice meat that thin. I show everyone that picture when their sandwiches come up in conversations.

Ordered a sandwich from Logan, Utah #1960. What a rip off. Almost NO toppings, pretty much just a bun. From now on I will never make that mistake again #STICKINGWITHSUBWAY

My number 5 sandwich was of vending machine quality with anemic bread and bean counting ingredients. It tasted like a gas station sandwich. Will not order from Dixon, Illinois store again.

I ordered online at 12:52pm and at 1:52pm, had still not received my lunch. My office is right at or less that 1 mile from the Jimmy John's I ordered from. I called and the person I spoke with said he would refund my money and still have my lunch sent to me. It has now been over 2 hours and I still have not received it. Jimmy John's delivery SUCKS! I would have given them negative stars if it would have let me.

I hate to do this because we like have liked all JJ locations that we have visited prior to this. We understand that these shops are not a social club, but the staff wasn't the least bit friendly. The sandwiches were VERY skimpy on the meat, and the limited vegetables certainly didn't make up for it. A very disappointing experience, as I am ABSOLUTELY SURE they can do better.

Me and my cousin went into Jimmy John's, Hollywood, Fl. (December 10th )I ordered a turkey tom and after two bites I realized the meat was bad. I brought it to the counter, and the cashier, Terence shouted "We cut our meat fresh daily" and he turned and walked away. I left the sub next to the register where it remained. After my cousin finished his meal, we left. At no time did Terence offer to make another FRESH sub or refund my hard earned money. I submitted an online complaint but just like Terence, I was ignored. They took my money and did nothing. I am done with Jimmy John's forever and you should be too.

Sandwiches USED to be delicious! I'm in Florida and it seems like some folk here, just don't get it,.Can you please just make the sandwich, the way I ask you? Seems like it's so hard to do.

Jimmy johns on Jackson street is amazing that make all my food with love and I enjoy all of their love and professionalism. I think that those who want to give a bad rating are those who have a bad life. when it comes to jimmy johns. my hands are clapping for all of the people there thank u.

Love jimmy john however this brunswick location is full of bad attitude. The minute I approached the door at 7:55 I could clearly see the girl behind the counter throw her hands in the air like she was so annoyed that a customer was walking in. The young man a.k.a (4eyed dork) behind the counter taking my order was a much worse - just glared at me while I ordered my usual .... when we got home to have our sandwiches we found one of the subs had almost an entire bin of onions dumped on the sandwich instead of lettuce.... this location desperately needs new management new owners knew something because these Punk kids working here are absolutely out of control

Will be cancelling all accounts with Jimmy John’s for my employees. I have no use for a company who endorses a former President Trump who tried to over throw the United States Goverment. I have no respect nor support sponsoring a company that does not support democracy.
