Janet is very nice, she offers you excellent service and prices, I have spoken to her a couple of time now and I have found her very helpful.

I found shopping with JGDCrafts, excellent. The layout of the web site,is very good, and their delivery was first class,I'd definitely shop with them again

The ordering online was very easy, there were lots of quality products to choose from with excellent prices and offers . My order was delivered very quickly and well packaged. Would recommend.

I have never purchased anything from this company before on mail order there service was very quick will use again.

Have made my second purchase, speedy delivery, goods arrived without damage, good value for money will repeat purchase, highly recommended.

I can't fault the service at all. thank you!

I am very disappointed! I have still not received the embossing folder I ordered.

Thank you, good communication & service, would use again.

Would definitely use again. Highly recommended

I ordered the goods on Friday afternoon and received them the next morning - brilliant service as usual.

I am able to sit in the comfort of my own home and browse an excellent selection of crafting materials in particular parchment craft both long established items, recent additions and new items expected soon. If its out of stock an email will let me know when its available.

I found the prices very competitive and the free postage on quite small orders very helpful.

The delivery was quick just a couple of days and my order arrived well packed

Ordered and delivered within 3 working days. Have used this site before and also bought goods personally at the shop and have no negative comments.

I have always been very happy to deal with JGD Crafts. They are very efficient, and I am impressed by the speed of the delivery to me. All goods are excellent quality, and they are more than happy to help if you are unsure about something.

Placed my first order and was so impressed I placed a second one a few days later, prompt delivery and goods well packaged. Will buy again. Thank you for excellent service and a great selection to choose from.

Quick delivery being free , well packaged and just what I ordered

I have had excellent service from Jgd crafts and will not hesitate to recommend them to freinds.

I am delighted with your quick service. However, I would like to see you keep on top of your stock numbers as - not for the first time - I have been disappointed to find that what I thought was in stock was in fact not. Yes, even as I moved the mouse to "Buy Now" the stock information altered to "out of stock" of course.
Also, as you know, I was seeking to obtain back issues of a magazine and it was only when I was looking at your website again, as I wished to place a second order, that one of the two numbers I still required was in a different section to the main body of them. To make it easier for your customers could you please display like items together.

orderered goods they arrived within a couple of days, very pleased with the way they were packaged.

I ordered three items and unfortunately when my order arrived one of the items was the wrong one. I emailed straight away and got an immediate reply with apologies for the oversight and a replacement product was sent next day. There approach to good customer service would make me buy from them again.
